• A major disappointment!

“Nasty odor in lobby! Maybe coming from water in fountains. Failed to call me twice for wake up calls roaches in room no service for two days, had to call front desk for towel service. Couldn't get on-site restaurant to answer phone to order room service, called front desk and they tried to patch through no answer even called using my cell phone and called outside line no answer. Breakfast times needs to start to be served by 06:00 am. We had to leave day before breakfast was being served. $15 a day for internet charge!”

• 2 room suite, indoor landscaping, cook to order breakfast.

• I wish the internet was free. Other than that it was great!

• Friendly and helpful staff. Great in house restaurant.
• Weekday breakfast layout. Made for long lines.

“The stay was great and will book again on my next visit. Staff was friendly and helpful upon every request.”

• Breakfast and atrium.
• Construction still going on.

“Air-conditioning cover in bath was falling off. Door to bath was delaminating and literally falling to bits. Very quiet in the side corridor away from the atrium.”

• It was very clean a spacious made me fell like I was at home and not full of germs.
• The hotel staff wasnt very friendly.

“This was a very pleasant hotel very clean I was very comfortable the staff wasnt all that great no smiles on there face and not very friendly the restaurant staff was better the check in clerk an room service guy.”

• The atrium is beautiful.
• Construction noise unbearable; pool area towels on floor and glasses all over; jumping in pool which was not monitored.

“Construction noise unbearable, we were on third floor and construction over us on 4th; called desk several times to move me - could not. Swimming pool needs monitoring and cleaning: towels all over the chairs and floor and glasses from the free drinks all over the pool area; should not allow drinks in the pool; kids jumping in and out of pool; about 25 young boys jumping in and out and horse playing in pool; finally at 9 p.m. they left.”

• Newspaper delivered to the room in the morning.
• The renovations ongoing in this hotel make staying there unpleasant.

“The hotel has been undergoing renovations for a very long time. I stayed there months ago and expected the renovations to be complete. They were not and one had to share the elevators with workers who had equipment with them. In addition, the elevators had plywood walls. Another guest commented to me that such was very unsafe. In addition, the restaurant had few selections and was much too expensive for a hotel of this nature.”

• Common areas very load due to high atrium.

“Overall, a very good hotel. The desk staff were especially attentive. The room was clean and roomy.”

• I liked the fact that they had room service. The staff was so nice and helpful. I loved the indoor pool and the hotel was clean.
• I loved the hotel.

“My hotel stay was perfect. I think they pride in their hotel. I would love to stay there often it was like a home away from home.”

• Suite style room with free breakfast.
• A little noisy due to the atrium.

“Friendly staff, excellent location to restaurants and shopping. Great free breakfast. Easy on/off I-95. Rooms large and comfortable.”

• Great Food, clean, Large rooms, great drinks.
• Bartenders attitude.

“Everything was pretty good overall, but the bar tender had an attitude with me and other people I was traveling with. I wish the location was more convenient to the beach. The beach is easy to get to though. The rooms in the back were much better and quieter than the rooms in the atrium. There were way too many children in the pool, at all hours of the day. 20 - 30 children ages 5 through 12. It was not a pleasure for me, but my grand children loved it! And I guess that is what matters anyway. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with others that don't mind sharing the same room. Breakfast is included, as well as drinks from 5.30 till 7.30. The rooms are large, enough to sleep 4 adults and 2 children easily.”
