• The mattress was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, facilities was very clean.
• No trash receptor in or near the parking lot.

• The interior of the hotel was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable.
• The staff at the front desk was not knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. The lounge staff was rude and the restaurant food was not good.

“I would recommend this hotel for business travelers. We stayed here for a jaguars game and it worked out quite nicely. Location is great, near shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff lacked knowledge of the area (definitely use the concierge), evening lounge staff was very rude and wasn't very please with the in hotel dining. Overall the stay was pleasant and facility was very clean and comfortable.”

• Clean, well appointed rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.
• There is nothing close by except Dave & Busters. Hard to find way around the area of hotel.

“This is a perfect hotel for business people. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The restaurant in the hotel had an extent brunch buffet on Sunday. There were many locals attending buffet. Felt safe and secure at night, very little noise in the rooms. There is a business area with computers in it with internet access if you have no lap top.”

• The hotel staffs were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
• Furniture was old and marred.

“This Marriott did not live up to the Marriott reputation as the furnishings were old, marred and dated looking. However, the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and the area well taken care of. There is a dry sauna and a hot tub, also. The bed, a king, was the most comfortable I have ever encountered in a hotel. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The common areas were well maintained and the decor comfortable. A business center was small, but had most of the things you would need. Internet connections were good and easy to access. The location was difficult to find initially, but after a couple of trips in and out it became easier. A directory of area restaurants and local maps were available upon request from the front desk, but I felt they should have been offered at check or made available in the room. The room guest book was out of date and the TV channels in it not even close to those available. I had to hunt for phone books which were not in the furniture at each phone. All in all a good value for the money, but a little effort and care could earn this hotel 4 star.”

• The entire environment.
• The room curtains.

“I think this hotel was outstanding; the only thing that I did not like about this hotel was the curtains. The middle section of the curtains was sheer, which allows a lot of sunlight to shine through during daybreak. This is not good when you are on vacation. When you are on vacation people tend to sleep late and the way the curtains are designed that interrupts a person sleep, rest and vacation. I would like to suggest that the curtains be change or have the solid curtains on the outside of the sheer ones which allows the guest to have control over their view/sunlight.”

• The room was big. I loved the lotion that was there. It smelled so wonderful. Even my husband commented on it. Good shower. Very quiet.
• We only stayed one night. Did not find anything.

“The shower had mildew on long the bottom edge. I took pictures. Also had hairs in the shower. I sent Marriott an e mail but they have not responded. A 3 star hotel should be cleaner.”

• Not great location kind of, off the road a bit difficult to find.
• The room had a musty smell had to go out and buy air fresh and candles.

• Very friendly front desk people.
• Jacuzzi was broken and put guests in danger.

“When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was a pungent smell coming from the lobby. I don't know if they were having an ethnic dinner there, or what, but it smelled AWFUL, and continued to the next day. The rooms were nice, and mostly clean, but we found a condom wrapper under the nightstand The outdoor heated pool very nice, indoor pool was FREEZING, and the Jacuzzi water was way to low and had a cord and light floating around in it! It was not marked out of order; we had to report it to the front desk. Ok, but I am glad I did not pay full price!!!”

• Facilities, room, etc., seemed relatively new or recently renovated. Good value. Agree with star rating.
• A little awkward to get to (even though it is right off expressway), but this was no big deal.

“Good business traveler hotel. It seems to have been recently renovated. Rooms were standard Marriott quality and stay was a good value for what I paid. Standard Marriott amenities and nice pool area. Bar opens up right onto reception area, which was sort of strange and a little loud, but that is more an observation than a complaint.”

• Horrible Incompetent hotel staff.

“Forgot the breakfast menu list every single day, forgot to clean the room one day and said I canceled the cleaning (I didn't). Came back one day to find myself locked out of my room. After I get back into the room, I discover that all of my things were gone! They found my suitcases in some back storage room, where God only knows what people did with my things. I was horrified to discover that my sunglasses, umbrella, jacket, and PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION were gone!! Along with some other things. It took a phone call from my daughter to the hotel to get the manager to go and try to find my things. He found everything except my new shampoo and conditioner bottles, my food that I had bought, and some souvenirs. The hotel food was terribly overpriced. The manager said he would send me some "Marriott bucks" to make up for the trouble. As if I would ever stay there again! Then he offered me a meal when I was obviously too upset to eat. And then they expected me to pay for my room service after all that! ”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• The Jacuzzi was not warm and the indoor pool was ice cold.

“On a whole the hotel was very nice, was very disappointed in the pool and Jacuzzi. The indoor pool was ice cold and the Jacuzzi wasn't warm at all. The staff was friendly.”

• There is an ongoing renovation that you will see/hear depending on your floor.
