• Location was great. The staff was professional caring staff.
• Vacation not long enough.

“Silver lake is a great place to stay, especially for families. Can not say enough good things about our vacation. We will hopefully be purchasing a timeshare in the next 18 months. Good staff, very helpful from researching, it looks like Silver lake has made many improvements since 2005. I will recommend this to all counterparts.”

• Staff Does not speak English or Spanish.

“The Silver Lake Resort was one big disappointment to me and my wife. We stayed there for 4 days. Most of the flats are owned by Syrian Arabs. There is nothing wrong with that but communication was not that easy because the bar cabana staff were nice but them as well as the business owner were not actually understanding what food and drinks my wife and I were ordering. The place is however clean, the room came with Plasma screen but I was not expecting less. TV took us around 40 minutes to get to downtown Orlando from there and you cannot just walk to a shopping place, we had to drive at least for 15 minutes to get to a decent restaurant. ”
