• There's nothing positive about this place.
• Everything from service to rooms and appearance of this hotel.

“Each room had a very distinctive odor to it the 1st room the bathroom had hair dried what I presume is or was liquid to the tub and black particles, 2nd one had a smell of faces to it no TV that worked 3rd room had a very bad humidity odor or stench to it and the A/C wasn't going at all, my daughter didn't feel safe and didn't want to touch anything. Aside from that the 3rd room had spiders outside of the walkway and stairwell areas. It was just incredible this place is still in any kind of business or that is a part of Choice Hotels. The staff threatened me stating I was yelling at them and I never once raised my voice and told her even I wasn't yelling at anyone and she repeated this. They were very unhelpful and the GM (Rocio) response was one I expected, defending her staff and crew and even stating false things in her letter to me if you look up the history of this hotel this story I'm stating is not a false one. There's so many others that have similar or same complaints about the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. It is unfortunate I lost out in some ways but if I can help anyone else not to lose out as well this is definitely not the place you want to stay with family much less alone. It's not worth staying here and regret not doing my homework ahead of time and seeing all the bad reviews it has.”

“This hotel does not care about your contracts. I checked king-size bed on mine and the hotel says they don't have to meet that selection. On the other hand, they say they can't discount my daily price because is on the contract. A double standard that is unacceptable. After much complaining, they finally gave me the room I requested on my 3rd day of 4. There was also a charge for 'services.”

• There was no answering machine for incoming call. No internet option in room for access. Room carpet was dirty.

“This hotel was awful, complained to the front desk Manager he did not care, did not offer another room to us, rooms smelled musty. There was silverfish in the bathtub and food under the bed. Overall, it was a bad experience and a bad choice of hotel.”

• Horrible customer service. Not honoring call-ahead request.

“We were very disappointed with this hotel. I called ahead weeks in advance and requested a non-smoking room. My son got sick on the way to Florida and by the time we reached the hotel, he was vomiting violently. As I was trying to check in the young girl working the desk barely looked up from her cell phone conversation. She only put her call on hold to give me directions to the room. When I tried to ask her a question, she acted frustrated with me for interrupting her call. I was the second person in line and there were 3 people behind me all waiting to check in and she never hung up her cell phone. When we got to the room and realized it was smoking, we immediately called down to the front desk as my son could barely stand the smoke, and she pretty much said "no other rooms available" and hung up the phone.”

• The price, the location, the no-nonsense approach. I knew what I was getting for the price.
• Room smelled so much of smoke, my clothes began to stink. Hit with "resort fee" above room rate.

“Although it ably serves many visitors bound for Walt Disney world, which is next door, this place is nothing more than a crash pad. Its many shortcomings in quality (smoky and old-fashioned rooms, bedspreads that are coming apart) are not so fatal that they cannot be overlooked, especially considering the low price that can make Orlando affordable for many families.”

• The pool was clean, I think no dirt showed.
• Filthy, truly the dirtiest place I have ever seen.

“When we checked in they charged us for towels. I have never experience this before. The towels were tiny to say the least and we were not given an option on this. I don¿t mind economy but come on, filthy dirty is another thing.”

• It was cheap.

“The hotel was about what we expected for the price. The rooms were clean, but shabby - you could tell they were old. There were no extras such as shampoo. The towels were thin and rough. The outside areas need a good cleaning and the front area was dirty looking. The front desk personnel did not speak English very well and they seemed to have a hard time understanding us.”

• Not clean, contain. Breakfast just ok, resort fee. Where's the resort part of this hotel? Would not stay here again!

“Upon arrival we were informed of a resort fee. The front desk clerk after 15 minutes was finally ready to check me in. He was very short, rude and unhelpful. Would highly recommend to people to not use this hotel!”

• I liked the cleanliness, and the convenience to Disneyworld.
• I didn't like the $1.96 per day fee charged for services provided by the hotel that I didn't even use.

“Overall a great stay clean, economical, and close to restaurants and theme parks. But, I didn't like the charge at the end of my stay for the coffee in my room which I didn't drink and for the theme park ticket outlet that I didn't use because I purchased my tickets online before arriving.”

• This hotel was wonderful, it was clean and in a great location to all Disney parks. The price was exceptional.
• I found nothing to dislike this hotel.

“This was a wonderful place to stay, everyone was so nice and helpful. It has an incredible breakfast, not just "Little Debbie's and coffee", but a huge selection of fruits, cereals, pastries and juice along with your regular morning coffee. It has a game room for the kids and a laundry for Mom, a beautiful lake for Dad and a heated pool for everyone in the family. I can't wait to go back, I just hope I can reserve it again.”

• They charged us $2 extra per day per room.

“Hotel wasn't clean. I didn't like the fact the Hotel charged us $32 extra after we've already pre-paid for the room. That seems to me like bait and switch and the practice needs to be stopped. What's the purpose of pre-paying if we are going to be hit with an additional "resort fee"?”

• They gave us a free upgrade to a kitchenette unit because they were unable to find any other ground floor rooms.
• Hotel had an aura of dirty. Beds and sheets uncomfortable, lock on door did not work.

“Hotel was ok overall. Had an aura of old and dirty. Sheets were too small for the beds. Beds needed replacing, mattresses were old and worn. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Playground was broken (with three kids this feature had the most potential at first glance, but overall disappointment). Free breakfast was very basic. Overall, a place to stay while you do other things, certainly no place to do things at the hotel.”

“We booked to go to Orlando on a late deal and were allocated this hotel on arrival. For the price we paid this was a good hotel, we found the room to be fairly claen and had fresh towels everyday of our stay. We did return home one evening to find a large hole in the inside wall of our room which we reported to reception and was fixed the next day. Staff on reception were very helpful. Overall a good budget hotel near to disney and close to good places to eat.”

• It was conveniently located to the back entrance of Walt Disney World.
• When I called for a nonsmoking room, the attitude was we may not have a room for you.

“The hotel itself is fine as a 2 star hotel. The staff needs a little work on their "people skills". We drove directly to the hotel and checked in early to make sure we had a non-smoking room. It worked and we were happy.”

• It was very simple, yet what we needed. Very good location.
• Coffee maker was broken. No conditioner for hair.

“Over all it was decent. I mean, for a two star hotel, it would suffice. The coffee maker was broken, and they supplied inadequate hair cleaners. The other residents of the hotel were a bit noisy.”

“The hotel was at a great location for the Orlando area. Easy to find and easy access to freeways and major roads. They offered shuttle buses to major attractions which not their fault was not reliable) The breakfast bar and pool hours were conducive to family and adult hours. The only thing that could have made this better was a whirlpool or hot tub after a long day. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.”

• The room was not a 2 star quality hotel. It was kind of dirty.

“I have stayed in a 2 star hotel once before. It was a Baymont. The Baymont was nice and clean. However, this Quality Inn was not. I was rather disappointed and would not stay there again. I was glad we had only booked the room for 2 nights.”

• No internet, open corridor, small maintenance problems

“I was a little bit disappointed.
The room could be better maintained. The door (room 226) security system was broken and being an open corridor hotel I did not feel safe. I did an international phone call that last 1m50s (I used my chronograph to measure it) and I had to pay US$ 21 for a 3 minute call. That was outrageous.”

“They charged me another "resort fee" that I hadn't expected, the staff told me I must sign the agreement to pay before he gave me the room key. It made me feel bad. I also found the room of the Quality Inn had ants. The hotel seems old, their room is worse than the same level hotel I stayed before.”
