• The lobby was beautiful and our room had a nice view.
• The room service/maids were not good at all and did not make you feel well serviced/special.

“I would not recommend it for anyone other than a business traveler to the Cleveland Clinic who is doing it to save a trip. The room service and maid were poor, the whole area was under construction and the concierge did not even know where a local drug store was. Overpriced for what you get.”

• The hotel is beautiful inside and the rooms are great.
• Unhelpful staff.

“We stayed at the hotel while we were attending a concert in Cleveland. We contacted the hotel staff, when we had difficulty arranging a cab ride back. They were not helpful at all and could not arrange anyway for us to get back. I also contacted them to find some restaurants (other than theirs) to dine in and I did not receive any options. I was disappointed in the lack of effort to help their guests enjoy their stay in Cleveland.”

• Comfortable clean rooms.
• Staff not always attentive - valet left car running in lot and no one asked for my ticket or ID.

• The hotel was in perfect distance to the Cleveland Game. It was my 1st time there and it was a pretty cool experience.

“Perfect driving distance from the Warehouse district hit up a few bars there had a good time. I had a good diner at the Cleveland Chop House met some cool people there. The hotel bathroom was all of marble and tile.”

• Totally attached to Cleveland where I had an appointment and very nice. Big money so it should have been!
• You still had to pay $10 for Wi-Fi and $24 for mandatory valet parking!

“Best location for early appointments at the famed Cleveland clinic but very expensive. Rooms have everything you can imagine. There is no smoking anywhere in or outside of the hotel and a $500 fine for doing so. You had to pay an additional $10 for internet service and a mandatory $24 for valet parking. All that aside the hotel rooms are awesome with all the 4-5 star amenities you can imagine. Including his and her robes. Very nice, very convenient.”

• They did not provide any courtesy transportation.

“Nice hotel, easy to get to. Very helpful staff. They did not have any courtesy transportation. This hotel was not real convenient to activities on the lake shore. (Browns games)”

• Staff were exceptionally friendly convenient to the clinic.
• Charge for local calls Internet connection charge per day. Hall rugs soiled.

“The staff was excellent. However the hallway carpeting could stand a deep cleaning and the rooms, which are very small, are edging toward a worn look. Location is very convenient to the clinic. Beds were comfortable. However! Extremely irritating that the business center requires a credit card for computer/printer use. Only one restaurant in the hotel was open.”

• Very convenient for patients of the Cleveland clinic.
• Initial Greeting upon registering at the hotel was not very friendly, attitude was cold and unfriendly.

“We felt as if we had downgraded upon entering the lobby of the hotel as the initial welcome was not very hospitable, very cold and business like. No friendly welcome. The service staff, bell hop, cleaning, room service though were very friendly. Front desk needs improvement.”

• The staff members were all quite friendly and helpful. We were greeted everytime we passed a staff member.
• My husband dislikes always having to use the valet to get to his car.

“The Inter-Continental is a beautiful hotel with well decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and a helpful, friendly staff. We enjoyed receiving the Cleveland Plain Dealer every morning and had delicious, well priced breakfasts in the cafe.”
