• The staff was wonderful as was the accommodations.
• I did not like the parking arrangements, did not feel that it was safe

“Everything at Embassy Suites was "wonderful" we could not have asked for anything better. Separate living area from the sleeping area is fantastic when visiting with family. Would I like to stay here again? Yes. The atmosphere of the hotel is great.”

• Location, spacious room and good breakfast included in the price.

“One very important and unpleasant experience was the smoking room. They did not have any non-smoking rooms left. There was an air cleaner provided to lessen the smokiness of the room, but it did not help that much.”

• The made to order breakfast was excellent.
• A charge for wireless internet, or had to go to lobby and use their computer for free internet.

“I was somewhat disappointed in the hotel. For a 3 star, our room was not as clean as expected, and the second day, they did not bring wash cloths with the towels. The lady who checked us in did not explain the parking situation, which was a garage that you had to walk down the street to park in, and there was a charge.”

• Rooms are a little dated.

• Pay for parking on top of hotel fees.

“Being a single mother I am always trying to watch money. Pay $10-20 more to park my vehicle to stay at a hotel that is when I get turned off and won't return. Even wireless access was a $10 charge. All this should be complimentary.”

• Everything was very nice.
• The breakfast area was poorly set up to get the food.

“The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean. But the breakfast area was poorly laid out to get coffee and other drinks, you had to wait in the cook to order line in order to get to the coffee, we tried to just get the coffee but the quests in line (in front of the coffee station)were less then pleasant about it.”

• Rented pool out for birthday party for non-guests, disruptive.

• The room faces the indoor atrium. I felt safe. Breakfast was great.
• After serveral attempts from the management, they would not provide a hotel receipt from the hotel stationary.

• The lobby is beautiful full of plants and small cascading waterfalls. The breakfast was absolutely excellent.
• Our room was not vacuumed well lot of dust several inches from baseboards. The bed was too firm for us.

“We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is of excellent quality, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food. It is right across from the Town Center Mall very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Smoking rooms were - well smoke smelly.

• I really liked the location and the openness when you walk into the lobby.
• The bed! it was the worst sleep I ever had. The pool needs some work too. Its crumbling at the sides and bad patch work.

“I give this hotel a 3. It was nice and bright when you walk into the lobby but when you go into your room its very dark. When I looked out the window, all we saw was empty coke cans, oh, and we were right on the roof it was not a nice site.”

• Clean and modern.
• Reserved a king room and when I got there was told they didn't have my room! Why did I reserve?

“Everything was Awesome. Except that I made a reservation for a king room and got two double beds. They told me they gave my room out! Why did I make a reservation in the first place? Very unprofessional. I will never stay at an embassy again. My recommendation is the Marriott.”

• The cook to order breakfast and evening reception were worth the price.
• Pay for internet service. $7.00 for parking every time you entered the parking lot.

• Manager's reception and breakfast were a great value.
• Nothing.

“This was the perfect hotel for our girl's weekend shopping expedition. It was spotless, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable and the central location was very convenient. With the included manager's reception and exceptional hot breakfast it was actually a very good value of the money, especially for a suite.”

• The friendly and helpful staff.
• Bathroom needed better cleaning. Walls in dining area of room had food on them.

“While overall this hotel is much better than many it needs a thorough guest room makeover. Food on the walls in the dining area was not what we expected considering the room rate and the hotels rating by others. It appears that smokers are not treated equally.”

• Loved the perks on the complimentary breakfast and manager¿s reception. Pool was great too.
• Everything was really great - no negative comments.

“I actually said to my husband that we are staying at an embassy suites from now on! The price was fair, breakfast was included, and dinner was practically included and overall very nice. I also loved the "suite" concept so part of the family could watch TV and the other could go to bed. The indoor pool was also very nice, good sized and pleasant to hang out in. We also used the workout room (we were all feeling like we needed to burn some energy since we were on the road traveling all day). Overall very impressed - and like I mentioned, we will always look for an embassy suite from now on when we travel!”

• I like the luxurious comfort and style. The shuttle service was excellent.
• I liked everything!

“This hotel is full of luxurious comforts and the people are eager to please. Everyone seems friendly and willing to accommodate any questions you may have. The front desk and shuttle driver were excellent sources of information on things to do and restaurants' dine in.”

• Front desk staff polite, friendly, helpful and offer service. Room clean, bed comfortable, great pillows. Spacious and everything in working order.
• Room service (ordered 5" build your burger meals "later in evening. Not as ordered. Items missing and on wrong burgers. Buns cold and dry. Forgot drinks. Had to wait. For $76.00 for burgers I expected quality.

“Hotel was a short distance from airport. Mall across the street. Front desk staff was helpful, polite and offered service. Chef at breakfast was a little stressed but food was good. Rooms were clean, spacious and bed comfortable. Pillows were new, soft and plump. Everything was in working order. Sofa bed a little tired but ok for teen. Pool clean. Hot tub a little too hot for my preference but clean. Atmosphere very pleasant. On check out my "Teenage son left his expensive MP3 player in room" It was 4:30am. As we had a 6:00am flight out. I called from the airport and promptly the front desk had security check our room, found it and had it waiting so we could drive back get it and make our flight.”

• Housekeeping knocks on the door at 9 a.m. Every morning and makes sure you¿re awake.

“This hotel is in a very good location, is very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is next door to the hotel in a parking garage. The hotel seemed to be short staffed on this visit. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in, and there was no valet at the front desk upon check in. Upon checkout when calling the front desk it took about 15 rings on the phone before the staff picked up the phone. Overall , other than the check in and checkout problems, this was a very good hotel and I would stay there again.”
