• Night staff was friendly and checked me in quickly.

“The hotel was well-staffed for late night arrivals, put out cookies and gave me a newspaper. Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything in the room worked. Predictable consistent quality that would expect - thought 3 1/2 stars was a little overrated. Big difference between this hotel and the 4 star hotel I had booked for the next 3 nights.”

• Sound-proofing wasn't great.

“This was a great location - right off the highway and close to the airport. The room was comfortable and even though we left too early to eat breakfast, we took advantage of the free coffee bar. My only complaint would be the sound-proofing of the room. An airport hotel should be built to keep the sound out!”

• Liked the overall cleanliness & atmosphere. Excellent!
• They did not have a room available after our cruise.

“Staff at the front desk were very helpful when we arrived. Room was cool and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. We had to stay at a Hotel next door after our cruise and were not satisfied with it at all after staying at the Courtyard.”

• The location was convenient to the airport with security/police substation onsite.
• View from my room was horrible," poolside" w/drainage & garbage; Unable to see the pool area due wall and drainage area. Very disappointing.

“Overall the hotel was very clean with a very courteous staff with the exception of the cursing housekeeping staff that cleaned the two rooms next to mine. However, my stay was a pleasant one and I would recommend it to others. Very good location close to a variety of restaurants and a great up and coming shopping plaza.”

• Easy access to I 95 the entrance was inviting.
• There was loud arguing and fighting outside in the parking lot by the entrance of the hotel after arrive in my room.

“We stayed across the street the next night for half the cost and twice the service. Not very impressed with Courtyard”
