• It was close to the airport and the employees were really helpful.
• Nothing.

• Convenient to airport. Marriott always has great beds. Good breakfast included.
• Staff.

“Good hotel if you need to be convenient to the airport. We arrived after 1:00am and the desk clerk wore a cap and chewed on a straw. Didn't say much at all but it was late. Got in bed about 2:00am and housekeeping was beating on our door at 8:00am. Told them we wouldn't be checking out until noon. Our daughter arrived at 9:30am after an all night flight and tried to Nap before we left. Housekeeping beat on the door again at 11:00am. There was no "do not disturb" sign to hag out. Not 3 star treatment!”

• Was able to leave auto at hotel while gone, with shuttle service in both directions.
• Did not find anything I didn't like, although was not there for very long.

“This hotel was what we needed for our short stay. The location was good, as well as the service. Really appreciated the ability to park my car there, and then have the shuttle pick us up upon return.”

• It was very nice & clean & staff was great.
• My drapes were designed so they didn¿t shut.

“This is a great place for travelers- no hotel restaurant but several good places to eat w/in walking distance- good shuttle service to airport. The one problem was the drapes would not close all the way across the window due to the design- the sheers did, but it was a first floor room & I am a female (alone no less) and from the parking lot at night, you could see through the sheers into my room when the light was on- not good! However, hotel was very secure, they had a nice breakfast room, gym etc.”

• Spacious, well appointed rooms, excellent free expanded continental breakfast.
• No negative comments.

“Convenient location just north of the Jacksonville beltway (I-295) for traveling north. Very spacious, well appointed rooms. Free continental breakfast that included many more items than normal.”
