• Housekeeping staff was excellent.
• The breakfast.

“The room was nice enough. The housekeeping staff were great. The breakfast is a problem. It is not a hot breakfast it is continental. They try to charge you two dollars for it too. The breakfast is not worth two dollars it is the same as other hotels provide free. Quality Inn had a free breakfast that was better. Staying at a Ramada used to mean something but I guess that has changed. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• I have nothing positive to say about this hotel.
• Hotel was probably very nice 20 years ago.

“We paid you for our stay in advance, but we did not stay in this hotel. We checked in and found the room to be unacceptable, and your description of the hotel and the fact that a full hot breakfast was included was inaccurate. The hotel informed me that they had not had a hot breakfast for over two years. The room was overdosed with some kind of deodorant which set my wifes allergies off and so we moved out.”

• It was convenient to my purpose for the stay.
• The motel needs to remodel the rooms, seemed to be in a state of disrepair.

“It was a comfortable stay but would suggest that the owners invest a little money in remodeling the rooms. The carpet was worn, cracks in some walls. Have stayed at this location once prior to this stay.”

• Easy on & off Rt 95 Quiet, clean, not fancy but adequate.
• Water faucet was hard to turn off/on.

“This hotel was close to the interstate, close to lots of eating places/gasoline stations. Easy into traffic location. Breakfast was not as nice as last time we stayed here. This is an older motel, but adequate for short stays. Grounds were clean, parking was close to rooms.”

• Very clean & comfortable feeling.
• The dead bolt was hard to lock & not as well lighted parking as I like. No hot tea.

“Very clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast dishes were well prepared & still plentiful even at 8:45AM.”

• I ended up getting a suite even though I didn't ask for one...cool!
• Nothing, I was very pleased.

“I don't know if all the rooms are like the one I stayed in, but I know that if I'm back in that area, I'll definitely consider staying there again. The large room, the friendly staff, and the free hot breakfast was terrific.”

• The way the staff was able to change our room because of disabilities.
• The restaurant was a bar with only deep fried food.

“Room was good. The hotel is right off the highway. If you are not careful you could ride right by it. The grounds were clean and well cared for.”

• A good place to eat on site. In room amenities were extra special.
• No big thing but microwave wasn't plugged in or close to outlet..had to move it to plug in.

“In all my travels to Florida & New Hamphire, this was the best place I've ever stayed that was in my desired price range. I was really very impressed with the whole package & look forward to staying there again next summer. Everything you need is right there!”
