• Clean, fresh and very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower.
• The bath towels had burrs stuck to the linens. The juice was very warm at the complimentary breakfast.

“This is a very nice hotel. My husband and I were very pleased with the room. It smelled fresh and clean. My only complaint is that the tiki bar never opened on time. Unfortunately, we couldn't redeem our free cocktail while we were there.”

• Very clean and secure with a little fridge in the room. The breakfast was simple but nice.
• No microwave in the rooms.

• Overall ever thing was.
• Distance from Naples, beaches, shopping, and restaurants, with exception of one.

“Everything was good or better about this hotel with the exception of traveling to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Staff friendly and accommodating. Pool was excellent, the complementary breakfast could have had more selection of fruit besides oranges and apples.”

• Very convenient off the expressway.

“You could not open the room door if the bathroom door was open. Both doors were within inches of each other and this made it very difficult to be in the bathroom if you had a person coming into the room.”

“The room was clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, it was also quite noisy, and I could near neighbors on all sides throughout the night not very restful. The location is only so-so if you're planning on visiting Naples.”

• The room was spacious and it had a fridge.
• The pool is small and crowded.

“We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. We had stayed here once before on 4th of July. This time it was much quieter. The room is spacious, pretty clean overall. It is a good hotel if you are just going to sleep. Not much around that area, the beach and mall are about 15 minutes away. There is a cracker barrel next door and a few other smaller establishments where you can eat. Overall it is not bad for the price. We will more than likely stay again.”

• It was a clean, comfortable room.
• There were sugar ants on all the counters near the sinks and the tub drain was a bit clogged and took a while for the water to go down.

“The hotel is on the most western outskirts of town, so it is not in busy traffic areas, which is good. However, that area is near the Everglades so it has a lot of blood-sucking mosquitoes. Not good to hang around the pool without bug spray. For the price, the room was great. When we travel, we rather spend our money on entertainment for the kids and not on our room. The breakfast was very nice with waffles, bagels, muffins.”

• Front staff terrible. Hotel for the construction workers.

“This hotel is for construction workers. Front staff: flirting with those workers not answering customer's question or request. She was flirting/chatting all through the night till morning with construction workers with alcohol bottles on the front desk. No tooth brush whatsoever attached in the bath room. If u ask to the front, they'll tell you to come get it even in the middle of the night with full of construction workers. If u go, he'll make face. Don't forget to ask about tooth paste. He may give you the one of those sample you know like shampoo sample - not the one in small tube. Continental breakfast: only bagel and watery coffee. You're lucky if you find cream cheese (During my 1 week stay, there's only 1 time I found it and boiled egg - I was so grateful since every day bagel and coffee. Every thing you'll see here is unbelievable. It's like 'Are you kidding'? Will feel like you are watching some cheap-drug-gang movie or something. I would say do not expect as regular (another) Comfort Inn standard.”

• Room were surely kept clean every day during 5 days stay.
• Every day, just bagel and coffee breakfast.

“Hotel was for construction worker. No tooth brush, paste what so ever in a room. If you go get it at the front, they will make face to give you cheap tooth brush and sample tooth paste (no even a tube, but like shampoo sample. Tiny one ). Front staff chat all through the night to morning with those construction worker who stays at hotel with alcohol bottles at the front desk. When they say complimentary breakfast means just bagel and waffle with watery coffee. Don't expect as regular comfort inn. This hotel is not the one I know. Hotel only for construction workers and front staff who put priority in flirting with worker rather than taking customer's questions/request.”

• The ladies behind the counter were extremely courteous.
• There is nothing, I didn't like about the place.

“My daughter lives in Naples and I wanted to spend my 62nd birthday with her. The accommodations were second to none and I guess since it was my birthday. The lady gave me a real nice suite. It's a shame, I did not get her name.”

• The staff was very helpful and courteous.
• This facility does not begin to meet minimum security standards for a facility placed as this one is.

“The exterior doors were never locked. The room had a keyed dead-bolt lock for the "patio" door. Both the throw and the gap for this lock was wrong. The large sliding windows had sub-standard locks The facility was void of any form of organized/mechanical surveillance of the rear and side entrances which were always unlocked. Lighting was adequate. The staff was both professional and polite. The facility was as clean as any I have stayed in. I would be reluctant to stay there again only due to security reasons.”

• Location, overall clean but some roaches, some staff very nice.
• Roaches, some staff irritated at being bothered.

“Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the money, needs to be exterminated, 1st and 2nd floor ice makers were broken and looked as though they had been broken for a long time, no signs to indicate the only ice was on the 3rd floor, had to walk around and search for ice in robe and slippers. We lost a very expensive and necessary pair of glasses and some staff didn't seem to care. We'll try Holiday Inn or Super 8 next time but I'd go there if others weren't available.”

• The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I had lots of towels and pillows and I liked having a balcony.
• I wish there were more options for breakfast.

“This hotel needs to be kept updated, cleaned and touched up. Hot tub did not work, pool was not clean. Hotel desk staff was pleasant but not very helpful with questions. Morning breakfast hotel hostess was down right rude and unpleasant. Room accommodations were OK for the price.”

• Location. Convenience. Price.
• Single rooms with too many people. Estrangers walking in hallways late at night, trying every doorknob on the floor.

“I have been there before and it was way better in prior trips. My teenage daughter lives there, Naples, with his mom and I need a safe and secure environment when I visit her. This time, I didn't feel very comfortable seen so many estrangers on my floor and the noise coming from the overcrowded rooms. Construction was another negative factor. I hope it will be better next time around.”

• It was clean and comfortable with pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great.
• There wasn't anything that I didn't really like. I was very impressed.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was large with a king size bed. The bathroom was large and modern and everything was working. The pool and hot tub were clean and working. My entire experience was very relaxing. I would return even though it is farther than I want to drive for a long weekend.”

“Stayed in this hotel with three friends on a golf weekend. If you are going to this hotel for the basics, i.e. Sleep and shower it is a good choice for the price. Nice for a bunch of guys playing golf who need a light breakfast in the morning but I would not bring my family here.”

• The hotel was easily accessible, clean and friendly.
• The noise level in the halls and next door kept me awake after midnight.

The other patrons around me were very noisy and kept me awake after midnight. The staff should quieter them down in halls and rooms. This would be much better for business travelers who have to get up early.”

• The lobby floor seemed to have some kind of sticky film on it.

“The noise level was outrageous! The people in the room next to ours were shouting until 1:30 a.m. The breakfast area was over crowded but most items were readily available.”
