• Their staff was AWESOME!
• No fridge.

“Our hotel stay here was very nice. The staff from the front desk to guys who parked the car went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. They allowed us to keep the car parked in the parking garage while we enjoyed the baseball game.”

• Convenient to downtown.
• Breakfast was very poor.

“Breakfast was very poor, had zero hot food available, ran out, also ran out of donuts and fruit, plus u had to pay extreme rate for parking, 15.00 used. in a parking deck a block away and there rate was only 5.00 used a day.”

• Most comfortable beds ever, great breakfast.
• No bellhops, hard to get a cart for luggage, $ parking.

• Valet service was great, breakfast was good, room was clean.
• Room key kept de-magnetizing; parking across the street; no restaurants around area.

“Location of hotel was great, just up the street from the stadium which is where we were going. The valet staff was quick and friendly, though the parking was across the street which made it a bit of a hassle. Had problems with the room keys-they wouldn't work. Also, no late-night restaurants around the area.”

• Close to 2 major ball parks and R & R Hall of Fame.
• Smoking rooms.

“I thought that the hotel was nice had a good view of the city. The only thing I did not like is that I was in a smokers room. I am not faulting anyone for this. Just think it is unfortunate that unlike MA there is still smoking in public buildings.”

• The breakfast.
• The construction that was going on outside which had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

• There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel

• Parking is a challenge, the valet service helped...

“We stumbled onto this hotel (having stayed at another for the last two years). We make an annual trip to Cleveland, and we will be looking to go to Hampton Inn again...”
