• Room was clean and staff very helpful.
• No parking.

“Hotel was great and room very clean. Staff was wonderful. Only problem was the parking there was none. We came on a special event night so there was no parking for guest. They should have left parking for quest.”

• Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable.
• The underground parking was a little claustrophobic. I was glad I was driving a compact car to make the tight turns down there.

“This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever encountered. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.”

• Great location, near all attractions, restaurants, etc.
• Parking ramp is narrow and easily missed.

“This is an old building that has been renovated. Its title Residence is exactly what it is. The rooms have all the needed appliances for one who purpose is to stay there for several days.”

• Staff is friendly, clean rooms , and location.
• Is being remodeled inside, but needs an outside face lift worse yet.

“Staff was great, room was a great experience, old TV, but worked. Inside of the building is being remodeled & nicely, the outside is a mess & so is 100 yards of either way from the motel then it shapes up nicely. Don't use the room phone for any calls going out!”

• No late night restaurant.

“The Residence Inn Cleveland Downtown is an excellent hotel at a reasonable rate. Being a leisure traveler with an older child, it perfectly matched our needs.”

• Great location.
• The parking facilities and the competence of the housekeeping staff.

“The location was great for what I was in town for. It was right in the heart of the downtown area. The parking facilities left much to be desired, they were dark and questionable. Overall the service was pleasing and I'd stay there again.”
