• Location and service were amazing.
• In-house restaurant would have been nice.

“This was an all around great experience. We loved everything about this hotel. The location was great for the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame, and the sports arenas. Lots of great restaurants and entertainment right outside the door on East 4th street. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were beautiful with 16' ceilings, and upscale amenities, and the Arcade was a sight to see. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cleveland.”

• It was pristinely clean, quiet, and had a great exercise room.
• Nothing.

“It took us only 5 minutes to check in, we had a large, very clean room, and the exercise room was fantastic. It is walking distance to bars, restaurants, and sporting events. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Cleveland.”

• They do not offer queen sized beds.

“The historic beauty and downtown location make this hotel a great place to stay. The only downside was the lack of queen sized beds to make a family's stay a little more comfortable.”

“The Hyatt was very attractive and comfortable. However, they were overbooked and I was directed to a less attractive and comfortable hotel for my first nights stay. I was very displeased with this location and the way the situation was handled.”

• Beautiful interior, good and prompt service at desk.
• Asked for extra towel and Styrofoam cups (that weren't in the room) and they didn't bring them.

• The location was excellent, easily within walking distance of most anything in downtown Cleveland.
• They kind of get you on the parking. 20+ dollars.

“I was afforded excellent accommodations in a downtown hotel. The location is great, well within walking distance to the warehouse district where the nightlife is, and the ballpark.”

• This hotel is very close to the things I do when I am in Cleveland and I enjoy staying here.
• I loved everything about it.

• Close to Ballpark/East 4th street.
• Found bobby pins, long pieces of hair in one of the beds.

“Enjoyed the hotel, wished it was a little cleaner but the appearance was good and the beds were comfortable. 5 minute walk to Progressive field or the Q was nice. A lot of bars/restaurants right around the corner was nice as well.”

• Comfortable room, central location to excellent entertainment.
• Valet parking seemed the only option - was not informed valet parking was per night rather than a flat fee.

“Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was with walking distance to many entertainment events (i.e. baseball & basketball parks, restaurants, House of Blues). Parking options were limited, but with everything within walking distance, use of valet parking seems unnecessary.”

• The location was gorgeous.
• There was a wedding that went on until midnight Saturday night.

“The hotel is in a nice location in downtown Cleveland. The only downside is that most of the downtown closes at about on Friday. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are large and spacious and it is very comfortable. The parking is rather expensive, but nothing out of the ordinary for a larger city. There was a wedding being held in the hotel while I stayed that was very loud until late, but I doubt it would be a regular occurrence.”

• The area was under massive construction and parking prices.

“This hotel was very clean and nice. Close to everything Cleveland had to offer. I would have loved to have a pool with this star rating though.”

• We were very pleased with our great view from the top floor! We enjoyed looking out at 4th street!
• We wished the shops inside the arcade were open longer.

“We really enjoy our stay at the Hyatt! Our service was great and our view was even better. Everyone was very helpful. Our room was perfect for our one night stay! We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and we will be returning!”

• The location was great and the bed was comfortable.
• Must park in a garage on your own buck - adds to the cost.

“This hotel was fantastic, it was beautiful and is convenient to any Cleveland Sporting event as well as surrounding bars and restaurants. The staff was also very friendly and the room very clean. The only down side was the $18 a day parking.”

• Went to caves game, enjoy the convince of the location, can park car and walk to game.
• Toilet over flowed first time used, staff handled promptly.

“Good location for downtown activities, staff is very friendly and helpful with directions. Enjoyed the big old building, rooms are good size with tall ceilings. Have stayed here 3 times and will stay again. Good experience. Feel very safe, kids enjoy work out room.”

• Needs bigger, newer TVs, refrigerators, free internet.

“The hotel was great! We had a beautiful view from our room, which had floor to ceiling windows and looked out over the city. The location was good, it was very close to many good clubs and restaurants. We left our car parked during our entire stay and walked everywhere. The room was modern and well-decorated and the bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The 24-hour fitness room was incredible and almost made up for the fact that there is no pool. The only other downsides were having to pay to use T-Mobile Wi-Fi internet and not having a refrigerator in the room. But these were relatively small things and overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• The location was central to all we wanted to see, but the main street was closed and blocked off due to a sink hole that happened a year ago.
• The room was dark and drab with a view of back alley and backs of a building from the window.

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of the ballgame. But the description of being located in the shop and store filled arcade is very misleading as most of the shops are no longer open. The inside architecture of the building is beautiful, and I'm sure at one time was quite a lively spot in the city.”

• The location to the sporting venues and after hours spots could not have been better. We never saw our car after we checked in till we left.
• Construction outside made walking around a little harder.

“People were very courteous and Proximity to Progressive field, quicken arena, and Downtown night life could not be any better. Less than 5 minute walk to several great hangouts.”

• The building is absolutely incredible. The rooms are very unique.
• There is no parking available, only valet, the valets are very rude.

“I am a frequent traveler and stay at tons of hotels. This hotel is one of the most unique hotels I have ever stayed at. The building is absolutely amazing. The place is beyond beautiful. The rooms are very unique in that they are converted old store fronts. Some of the problems I encountered the maids do not make up your rooms unless you call the front desk each day and request it. This is very strange. There is absolutely no parking anywhere near the hotel. You must valet if you have a car. The valets were very rude and some did not speak English. $21.00 a day for parking is a bit ridiculous, when you are a hotel guest. The lobby of the hotel is on the 2nd floor of the building, which makes it very strange and a bit hard to find.”

“The rooms were beautifully decorated and very well maintained and clean. the shops located within the hotel was a plus. I was truly impressed with the facility, but the thing that stood out most was the customer focus the entire staff embraced. I will stay here again and have already recommended to three of my friends!!”

• Staff was friendly when I called to request non-smoking king rooms and friendly at check-in.
• Room was small and had view of concrete block wall our window (no view whatsoever).

“Very convenient to Downtown Cleveland and close to Progressive field and Quicken Loans Arena. Parking overnight in next door parking ramp was $18.00. Good level of safety with requirement to use room key to board elevators. Small rooms with no view, except to the inside gallery.”

• The atmosphere was simple, elegant and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
• The only complaint was very minor. There were no food vending machines.

• The architecture in the atrium was beautiful and the bed comfy!
• My window view was of a parking garage.

“This hotel was booked for a two night weekend stay. We were very close to all of the activities we wanted to do downtown. We went to the Great Lakes Science Center, Tower City Shopping Center, a Cavs game and to a play. We were able to walk to all except the play. The only problem I had was with the view of out of our window. It was of a parking garage. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. Room was beautiful, bed was comfy and the atrium was magnificent.”

• Everything in it was overpriced, food, water, parking etc.

“The rooms were small. It was very pretty. Beautiful architecture, as is the rest of the city. Only valet parking was available at a rate of 21 dollars a day. Even water bottles were priced at 5 bucks for a liter.”

• Room was a little smaller than we're used to at this place, But hotel is very nice and convenient.
• Parking is not convenient either valet for 21 + tip or a deck for 18.

“Very nice hotel great location. Usually very large rooms but there are a few small ones, but the rooms in general are very nice and clean.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The TV in the room was not easy to use, and they charged for the bottled water in the room. The top cover on the bed was stained and they never replaced the bar soap in the bathroom when it was serviced.”
