• No elevator, but fine for one night.

“Very cordial reception, made a great recommendation for a restaurant, which we went to twice, Diana's Diner. We drove down a few blocks and saw an exquisite sunset over the lake, very safe for walking.”

• Great location.
• Small room, very small bathroom.

“This hotel adequately met our needs for this trip. As with most continental breakfasts - just muffins/bagels/assorted cereals/fruit. It would be nice if they also offered yogurt or some other protein, instead of just the usual high crab selection. Bathrooms are quite small with no vanity space for toiletries, etc.”

• Service was not problem with whatever I needed.
• Flapper broke on toilet.

“The staff made my daughter & I very comfortable & we was never in a need for something. They were always right there with it. Truly enjoyable.”

• Very friendly staff. Excellent continental breakfast.

“The staff was very friendly when directing me to the motel from the airport. Easy to get to once you know where to go. Excellent location if you want to check out downtown or the lake. Located about 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland, and about 15 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic which is just east of downtown. I felt safe and secure at this motel. Would stay at this motel again in the future.”

• Staff was relatively helpful.
• Dirty and horrible location.

“The hotel itself was dirty. Our room was incredibly small and cramped. The area was extremely run down and dirty and we ended up on the interstate for 10 minutes looking for a decent place to eat. I would absolutely not stay here again.”

• Same old boring hotel room, just as expected.

• This hotel met my needs.

“This hotel is located on the boundary of Lakewood and Cleveland Ohio. It is excellent for people who would be visiting Downtown Cleveland because of its proximity to Rt.2 and I-90.i like this hotel because it is budget friendly. I have family that resides in Lakewood so it is convenient for me.”

• Location.
• Shower looks like it hadnt been cleaned since hotel was built.

“The bed was rock hard, the shower was gross and unclean, and the continental breakfast was a joke to say the least. The only thing that was acceptable was the nice room size and that it is in a convenient location to downtown Cleveland.”

• This hotel is close to downtown at an affordable price. Safe too!
• It is a Days Inn; make sure your expectations are in line.

“It is in a great area close to downtown and the lake. I have stayed here twice, and it was great both times. Would stay again.”

• Convenient to people I was visiting.
• Horrible shower - allot of mold and water leaked.

“The staff was friendly, but the shower had so much mold we were reluctant to use it, and the water in the shower would not turn off. The single ice machine did not work 2 out of 3 days of our stay, and the vending machine did not work (though it was full.) Location is great if you want the heart of Lakewood, but it should be rated a 1 star, and I was surprised that a days inn was so low quality.”

• The maids were friendly and they attempted to fix the sink which backed up a little.
• The room had a bad odor, like cat urine. The fold-a-way couch had used bedclothes and I had to get fresh linens from the front desk.

“Overall I just did not feel that the room was as clean as it should be due to a strong unpleasant odor, used linen found in the sofa bed and a backed up sink. The bed was comfortable enough. Continental breakfast was satisfactory.”

• Very old building...ultra rehab job, OK though for price

“Old building with kind of a 'low cost conversion rehab job'...but clean, good staff, and well worth the price.”
