• The pool was beautiful. Breakfast is served right at poolside, beautiful view.
• Parking is terrible, there isn't enough parking when the hotel is full and the spots are really narrow. Also the rooms are small.

“Hotel was not to far from downtown and activities. Free parking and breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and grounds were nice. Noise was from outside and noisy air conditioner was the main problem.”

• The staff was nice head maintance man was very niceand gave me some facts about the area.
• The back of the beds needed cleaning also the door was steel and slammed hard on my husbands arm.

• Room decore was very appropriate for the location we were at.
• Person at front desk was not very personable.

“It was calm and quiet, with a cute feel and appropriate decore for Key West Forida. The room was different from the ordinary which was a nice surprise, and it was only a about a mile from where you want to be in Key West. We enjoyed it.”

• Atmosphere was modern, island, clean, casual.
• Room size was a bit small without room for an easy chair.

“Staff are knowledgable about local sights and restaurants. They are helpful in directing how to navigate the town, with the popular scooter rental option available on site. Breakfast buffet had numerous choices and kept stocked and neat. Business center was convenient.”

• The fabulous pool!
• Nothing I didn't like.

“This hotel was fabulous! The pool is fabulous, the rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with questions, and the free breakfast was perfect! It's a beautiful space which I would recommend to anyone going to the keys. It is about 2 miles from Duval Street, but that's perfect if you like to occasionally get away from the crowd.”

“We loved it. The room met our expectations, it was very comfortable. The pool was awesome, my kids enjoyed themselves to an extreme. The service was great and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay at the Fairfield again and recommend it as well. Thanks!”

• Cleanliness, price, location and the staff was amazing!
• The only thing was the railing on 2nd level was not safe. Very wobbly - we informed the staff.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, staffed with wonderful employees and management just a few miles away from Duval Street. This was by far the best stay we have had yet in Key West. We will be back next year! Thank you for such wonderful accommodations!”

• That it was clean and everyone was very helpful with suggestions of places to go and sights to see.
• It was a little bit of a jaunt from Downtown and getting a cab at the hotel was difficult unless you called at least 3 hours in advance.

“The hotel was very clean and perfect for people who weren't going to spend a lot of time in the room. It was a little small, but that was expected for the price we paid. The only problem we had was getting a taxi at the hotel during peak hours (dinner rush etc). We called the front desk to have a cab ready and it was a half hour late due to the peak hour, which almost made us late for our tour.”

“This hotel had been restored but the paint jobs were poor and the decor was pretty terrible, but the beds/mattresses were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the showers were great.”

• It was an adorable and convenient hotel close to everything we needed to see.
• It was great! I can't think of anything I didn't like! Although I was barely there.

“The hotel was in a great location-straight shot to Duval Street and all the local sites. Everyone who worked there were talkative and very helpful. We paid a great price and stayed in an adorable/attractive room right next to the pool. I definitely recommend it.”

“Hotel checked me out after 2 nights even though I paid for 4. They corrected the error with no issues. Friendly staff, nice setting, good parking. Busy street made entry/exit from hotel difficult.”

• Saw a roach at breakfast. But it's an island so no big deal.

“Wonderful place to stay! It was within walking distance to the scooter rental place (although we were told that you can take a cab there and they will deduct what you paid the cab from your rental). The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and the free breakfast had a GREAT selection!”

• Near to route 1, a little noisy. Need to drive to downtown.

“A very good affordable hotel. The facility is new and clean. The swimming pool is nice, too. Their complimentary breakfast is the best I ever have in 2 - 2.5 star hotels. The location is convenient, but a little far if you want to walk to old town Key West. You'd better drive, bike or take a taxi.”

“At first glance the room was nice and clean looking, tiny but clean. Later that night we had trouble finding a parking space at the hotel. On the last night the roaches came out to play.”

• Everything. Rooms too small, no business center. Room keys not working.

“This was the worst choice possible for me and my family. The rooms were too small. The beds were uncomfortable. The room key had to be reprogrammed each night. They do not have a business center, but do offer wireless internet in the lobby, which is small. This was by far the worst accommodations. I was traveling with my family. I was on a business trip while they tried to enjoy Key West. The pool was very small and the beach was a $10 taxi ride away. ”

• The Staff were accommodating at all times. The buffet breakfast served by the pool was ample.
• There was nothing not to like about this hotel.

“The staff and guests at the hotel were very helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to make sure your stay was a pleasant experience.”
