• Hotel was beautiful.
• Concierge was not knowledgeable.

“Hotel grounds and the room was beautiful; however, our room was over the banquet hall that had a DJ until 11:00 PM. Also, when the concierge gave us a price range for restaurants, he was highly erroneous.”

• The pool was beautiful.
• The couch was not very clean.

“We stayed in the one bedroom unit which is very spacious with a full kitchen and washer dryer in the unit. Worth the money for a family stay.”

• Huge space, full kitchen, great for families.
• You can hear lots of noise from all other suites around you.

“Impressive appearance, a tremendous amount of room, great amenities. It was as if we stayed in an upscale 2 bedroom apartment. Our only complaint is that you can hear lots of noise coming from all the other rooms, especially the sound of chairs scraping. All night long we heard footsteps and chairs scraping from all directions, both above and beside us. Get quieter chairs and it would be a near perfect experience!”

• The hotel was clean and comfortable and in fair walking distance to restaurants and shops.
• It was farther from the beach than expected and the hotel did not seem to cater to leisure travelers.

“The Bellesara Hotel in Naples, Florida is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is accommodating. The location is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops. A car is needed to get to the beaches. The hotel does offer to take you to the beach as a courtesy but this service is not what it seems. They don't have the staff to be able to deliver this service so you end up waiting for a long time to be picked up. Overall this is a great hotel if you are looking for a getaway to a warm beautiful place but are willing to make a few sacrifices you might get at a beach resort.”

• Up-to-date, clean. Concierge was very helpful.
• Lack of parking.

“We had a wonderful stay. Our room exceeded our expectations. Was clean, modern, and upscale. The concierge made arrangements for an in-room massage and was thorough in her job even calling after the fact to make sure all was to our standards. We did not eat at the hotel but the dining room looked on par with the rest of the hotel. My husband spent some time by the pool and was pleased with his surroundings. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

• The bathroom Jacuzzi and large private deck.
• Food was poor - both room service and restaurant.

“A very nice upscale hotel - well appointed rooms and public areas. Good location. The restaurant food and room service food was poor. I would stay at the hotel again as the room was great but I would eat elsewhere.”

• Convenient to everything.
• Street noise.

“Bella sera is a lovely condo type hotel in the heart of Naples. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Having a full kitchen and plenty of space to spread out makes your trip more relaxing. The restaurant serves delicious food as well.”

• This hotel was awesome! We had a three bedroom condo and it was great! Quiet, wonderful pool and spa.
• Cold showers but they did fix it.

“Tucked away wonderful condo style hotel, we stayed three nights. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Kids were happy which means parents were happy too. Would go there for our next stay in Naples.”

“This hotel is the best. It is hard not to use superlatives in describing it: fantastic location, gorgeous rooms, friendly staff, Tuscan ambiance, great food - and Naples shops and beaches.”

• My husband and I loved staying at Bella sera - 2 walking block from 5th Avenue and 5 minute ride to the beach
• There are no cons about the hotel

“My husband and I stayed at Bella sera in a one bedroom suite for the first time - we loved it so much. The service, atmosphere, room, location convenience was all great. We walked every day to 5th Avenue which is one of the nicest areas in Naples. The shuttle from the hotel takes you and picks you up from the beach which is a 5 minute ride - it is a short ride to the Naples Pier and 3rd Street. The location is wonderful for everything that you would want - if you don't want to leave the hotel - pool is wonderful and you have a great restaurant right on the premises.

I recommend this hotel as a definite 4 star hotel - it is everything you would want and more.”
