• The full hot breakfast in the morning was great and worth the stay for sure.
• Pool was a little small and was swarmed with kids.

“The Residence Inn was a great hotel with large enough rooms that it's convenient with children. All the sofas pull out to a bed also with the kitchens every room you will be very comfortable in.”

• Room, the staff, you have to drive to the lobby!

“The staff forgot to restock our towels two seperate days! Left cleaning supplies in our bathroom! Fire detector faulty! Washer and dryer were not working correctly. In order to reach the lobby you have to get in your car and drive to it! Their key cards would not work properly, so we had to
drive to the lobby after a full day at the Disney parks! Never again this was a 2 star quality hotel.”

“Friendly staff, location near shopping and beach, internet and clean rooms made our stay very enjoyable. Bike paths made it possible to ride to the Naples pier from the hotel and view the beautiful homes along the way.”

• Great staff, clean room, excellent free breakfast. Cookout dinner.

“This is an excellent Residence Inn. Free internet, wonderful complimentary hot breakfast and the free Wed. night cookout was incredible. The staff are friendly and the housekeeping staff are great also. The hotel is close to many stores, restaurants, and the Coastline Center Mall.”

• I was pleased the hotel was close to shopping and beaches. The room was very nice and the breakfast was great.

“My husband and I were very pleased with the location of the hotel. It was close to shopping and beaches, as well as many different restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The room was spacious, clean and affordable. We had a fabulous time!”

• Very nice accommodations at a reasonable price with breakfast as bonus.
• Freezer in refrigerator didnt work.

“It was very nice. Comfortable, clean, friendly with the free breakfast as an added bonus. Not too large, so a feeling of intimacy. Alexander's restaurant next door is very romantic upscale restaurant we really loved.”

• They stocked my fridge from publics with no service charge, just the cost of the groceries I ordered.
• Parking was a little tight, but I was able to find a spot each night.

“It was wonderful - comfortable, clean, great service, nice cocktail hour, several free newspapers with breakfast. All in all a great hotel!”

“The hotel quality, cleanness, and location are great. But the breakfast was horrible, people in this hotel acted like they hadn't eaten for days and every morning there were at least 30 people scrambling around to get their breakfast. The food was cold, and there was no variety whatsoever. Also, the TV is in a horrible location in the room. The only way to see it is to sit on the floor. I was staying in this hotel for the best week in sports, opening day, National championship, masters, and I had to sit on the dang floor to see the TV! Also, there is no diet pop in this hotel! Lastly, the pool is a good size, but there are way too many people that just sit around the pool during the day and don¿t leave the hotel, there was no way to move around in the pool.”

• Had complete suite, very quiet.
• Telephone person is check-in person were not accommodating, not very approachable, so we had to figure out everything ourselves.

“Hotel is located in a upscale area. It has many luxury restaurants nearby. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Every morning we had a complimentary hot buffet for breakfast.”

• There was everything in room that a traveler would need. I liked the small kitchen area.
• Upon leaving the hotel a u-turn had to be made to go north. The TV could not be seen from the bed.

“Nice property. Would stay here again. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool and morning breakfast was great. Room was of good size and comfortable.”

• Friendly staff, hotel well equipped, very clean kitchenette in room ,nice decorated, in the main street but very quiet.
• I don't have nothing to say what I don't like in this hotel.

“Hotel is very well located on the us 41 ,easy access ,the hotel is going true a remodeling, but you don't filed because everything its taken care well, I was surprise off the hotel interior design ,clean room ,bathroom ,kitchen, everything perfect, I recommend for everybody too don't miss the breakfast ,well managed hotel, in my next stay in NAPLES I going to stay here, no doubt, so I invite everybody who read this to share the hotel whit me, I just to work in hotel business in different resorts so I now the differences between the prices what you pay and what you get for your money.”

• Everything about this hotel was wonderful!! Especially the breakfast.
• The only problem we had was with the plumbing, and it was fixed.

“The rooms at this hotel were larger than what you usually get, with a queen bed, fold out sofa, bathroom, and full kitchenette. It was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great! It had eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, make your own waffles, and assorted breads and pastries. Very nice stay!”

“The hotel was great. It had a full kitchen in room, the buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever had and the staff was amazing on one hand, but disappointing on the other. The hotel tried to upgrade our first night, but there were no rooms available. The brought in a mattress and placed it on the floor, but we had to make it up. We were supposed to upgrade the second night, but no one told us if there was a room or not. Housekeeping changed all the sheets, but again we had to make up the bed on the floor. There weren't enough towels for four people and the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work and there was no lobby ice machine.”

• My room was clean and well kept.
• The bed cause my to itch because the hotel allow dogs.

“The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was worth the stay. You get a hot breakfast. I did not like the bed I had to spray the bed with roach spray because something was biting me. The hotel allow dogs so I not sure if it was bed mice's or fleas. That is my only problem with the hotel.”

• Hotel room was huge, with a comfortable bed, very good pillows, a big breakfast, and with great amenities
• There wasn't anything that I did not like about this hotel.

“The Residence Inn Naples is a great place to stay whether for business or for play; They have a big pool and a hot tub for kids and parents alike; They also have a gym with nice equipment; But the best thing about the hotel is the room. The room is big, with a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator, high speed Internet access for your laptop, a desk, couch, and a very comfortable bed with feather-like pillows; I will stay at this hotel next time. ”

“The staff was incredible. When we were trying to decide on a restaurant for dinner they made copies of menus for us and told us which places were kid friendly and which were more fine dining. As we were heading out to go to the beach the next morning they actually offered us beach chairs to take with us that other hotel customers had left behind (due to air travel). Our room had a full kitchen with a dishwasher. We could have comfortably stayed there for weeks.”
