- Customer service was excellent.
- All the noise, children were running up and down hallways.
“The staff was friendly and nice, the restaurant was over priced and the food wasn't that good, I didn't like the noise, children running and crying up and down the hallways, when notifying the front desk, nothing was done, so we had to listen to it till 2am.”

- Lots of proximal amenities.
- Can't think of a thing.

- Shula's restaurant was attached to hotel. Wi-Fi access for laptop.
- Not enough exercise equipment. Need more weight machines.
“Conveniently located. Room was clean. Size of room was good. Beds were very comfortable and were large enough for tall individuals. Shula's Steakhouse was accessed directly from the hotel and although expensive was well worth the price of the meal. Underground garage was a plus. Staff there were very helpful, cooperative and attentive to our needs.”

- Very helpful and friendly staff.
- Breakfast courses remained exposed to the open air for long period of time.

- Service was fantastic.
- Lunch menu was overpriced.
“We stayed here for a funeral that we had to attend. Other family stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott. They checked out after first night after seeing our accommodations. Funny stuff for an emotional weekend. Glad we stayed here. I would absolutely 100% stay here again.”

- Executive floor had star bucks coffee available and also appetizers in early evening. Continental breakfast was very good serving local bagels excellent
- It was the priciest hotel we visited at the same star rating.
“Impressive lobby and grounds. Pool was clean and lovely. Rooms had superior linens and comfort with down pillows. A deluxe room on the executive floor was standard in appearance. It was clean in every way.”

- The staff was exceptionally nice, they upgraded us to include the continental breakfast and cocktail hour Hors d'eurves.
- The room was great but it was not the best location as far as the view, but with all the other pluses, I have no complaints.

- Don Schula's Restaurant was nice.
- Room smelled like a dirty ashtray. Location to beach and Art's district was deceptive. Beach 3 blocks plus 3/4 mile shuttle. Art District 4 1/2 miles.
“I didn't appreciate the smell in our room. Even though I was told the hotel is non smoking you could tell that it was an ex smoking room. The halls were very noisy late at night with doors banging well past midnight.”

- The pool and spa was nice, complimentary pool side drinks were great.
- The staff didn't seem familiar with local attractions, restaurants and directions.
“Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Should come with your own map of Naples, as none of the staff could give directions and recommendations on good attractions and restaurants.”

- The hotel is very cleanly organized with faculty charisma and a great location.
- There is nothing I disliked of the hotel.
“The Hilton at Naples is a very enjoyable place to stay for any vacation or even a business trip. The hotel is not extraneously big but it is quite spacious, especially the lobby that is first walked into. The rooms are very clean and organized with very spacious bathrooms and every room has a view of the hotels foliage or the pool area. Its location is only minutes from the downtown of Naples, which is filled with shops and restaurants, and only a block away from the beach, which has very conveniently placed parking.”

“This hotel is a fine place to stay. We were on vacation, so we would have preferred a location closer to a beach. For the price, however, during a busy Spring holiday season we had no complaints.”
