• Location was great, it was right between the beach and a popular dinning area.
• Bathroom was clean and nice but the shower was a tight fit and I not a be person.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone going for 1 night or multiple. The 1 bedroom suite for the price we got was unbeatable.”

• The staff was extremely helpful and very courteous to all of our needs.

“This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in awhile. With the staff being very courteous and helpful to our caring needs they did not hesitate to drop what they where doing to help us with any issue that came up. Also loved the cookies that they have there at the hotel.”

• The staff was very welcoming; rooms clean and new.
• Nothing really - location was a little residential.

“Great hotel with friendly staff. The suite element of the rooms makes for an enjoyable stay, especially with a young baby. We were able to put the baby to sleep in the bedroom and enjoy a nice visit in the front room without bothering her.”

• They overbooked the hotel.

• The "sleep system" (mattress, pillows and linens) were heavenly.
• As birdwatchers, we were disappointed there was no access from the hotel.

“My husband and I were very pleased with just about every aspect of our stay. The hotel was very clean throughout. Our room was spotless as well and very comfortable for two. We appreciated having the bed in a separate room and having two TVs. While he was sleeping, I was able to watch a favorite TV show in the other room. The "sleep system" was amazingly comfortable and I even purchased two of the same pillows when I returned home. The breakfast buffet offered in the dine-in restaurant was excellent. And the checkout express sped us on our way home.”

• Courtesy and cleanliness.
• Yes, the individual coffee packets in the room were extremely difficult to open-this is a minor thing, however.

“The hotel is immaculate; the staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautifully groomed and the foliage was picture perfect. I would recommend it and will stay there again when I am in Naples.”

• It is too far from us to be able to stay more often.

• Great view from large balcony of bald eagles!
• Nothing to say it was great.

• Warm and inviting, great staff.

“Of all the hotels I have stayed at recently, and almost live in hotels, this was one of the nicest. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Location was pretty good for what we needed. I wish it were a bit closer to the beach and other fun spots but the quiet made up for that inconvenience.”

• Excellent hospitality, delicious (free!) Cookies. Tasteful decor, very comfortable beds, great food, beautiful pool area on river.
• No exhaust fan in bathroom made room hot too quickly.

• Lovely room, great beds & sheets. Air conditioner was good; warm chocolate, chips, cookies
• No fan in the bathroom, resulting in excess moisture buildup.

“We arrived late, but were graciously greeted by Julie -given warm cookies. Our room was decorated tastefully. Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. Had a very nice stay. Quite pleased in all.”

• Wireless is nice, Love the cookies, clean room, good bed, friendly staff.
• There is not a good desk setup for a business traveler.

“I would stay here again. It was a good value for the money. The beds were nice, but there wasn't a very good desk for the business traveler. Wireless Internet is a nice feature.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Two double beds in the room as opposed to a king.

• The hotel was quiet and conveniently located to the beach and shopping.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“Although not on the beach, the hotel was conveniently located near the beach, two parks, and shopping areas. Although there were several families with young children, the hotel was very quiet. Several people, families seemed to be enjoying the pool. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food, although not wonderful, was good. We would definitely return to the Doubletree at Naples.”

• I liked their flexibility regarding my bed request.
• I did not like that I had to pay additional $20.00 per night for the two double beds.

• The staff is extra courteous, the rooms are immaculate and the beds are comparable to 5 star resorts.
• Breakfast was average.

“We feel like the Hotel is our own best kept secret. The hotel and staff truly deserve at least another star for courtesy, comfort and cleanliness. Best hotel bed I've ever slept in and that includes 5 star properties like Hyatt and Wyndham.”

• Service, decor, and the upkeep of the hotel were all top notch. The place was very clean.
• I thought the breakfast was a little pricy at $9.99 Not a huge deal though.

“This hotel was one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed in. The rooms were big, clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and prompt. The pool area was also very nice.”

• Excellent, warm, efficient Front Desk staff.
• A wider room would have been better for a suite with 2 beds. However, not a big deal.
