“Me, my wife and 3 kids stayed here for a night prior to an early flight. The price was very reasonable, free airport shuttle was included. The room was spacious enough for the 5 of us and clean; everything was in good condition. It's not a place to spend a week long holiday, but a fantastic place for travelers stopping over in the area.” Sep 5, 2008 by

“There where only enough towels in the room for one person, only shampoo available no conditioner and it was super hard to get the shampoo out of the hard bottle, the desk chair was broken and left too short to use the desk, no liquid soap only bars and only enough for one person, there where two soap dishes mounted on the wall in the shower and the second one was at the level so when you washed your hair and had your eyes closed you smacked your elbow on it, no guide for the TV other then HBO, they also left a decorative pillow on the bed that looked like you could not change the cover on and it didn't look like anything I would want left on my bed after another guest had used it.” Sep 2, 2008 by

“Staff was generally helpful, but this was my 3rd stay in as many weeks and they did not treat me as if the recognized or cared that I was returning. WiFi was not working and no assistance from hotel staff to correct. Advised to call 888 number and despite many, many attempts no response at that number. Staff suggested I walk the hall with my laptop to find a good signal, or use the machine they had in the lobby. “We stayed here our last night in FL. We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and looked nice on the site (it was in fact a very nice place). The staff was very nice and recommended a local favorite pizza place that delivered.” Apr 14, 2008 by

“Room needs to be updated, fitted sheet on inside out, trim in room is coming off - no air conditioning in hallways, bathroom - peeling paint on ceiling - no water pressure in shower - bathroom needs upgraded - carpet upgraded.” Nov 5, 2007 by

“It was ok but based upon all my travel experience, I wouldn't pay much more then $50/night to stay here again. That is unless its peak season and you have little other choice. Then Id go as high as $75 but that's it! I'd much rather pay $100/night and stay at a nicer place. Almost everything in the hotel was starting to show its age.” Oct 14, 2007 by

“Friendly, accommodating service, clean mid sized room with handy microwave and small fridge, near several restaurants (including a barbecue place with great ribs). Outdoor pool was on smallish side, had a minor infestation of beetles, so would have preferred an indoor pool.” Mar 22, 2005 by

“Our stay on March 8 resulted in my not wanting to return. The airconditioning in my room made a noise so loud that I could not rest without turning it off. The early evening was cool, but I wanted air about 1AM. We reported our experience to the clerk in the morning twice along with our night experience and she did nothing to relieve our frustration. She said that we should have reported it to the management at 1AM. She stated they would have sent someone up then. I did not want to move or wait to have the repair made. I felt a reduction in the price was warranted and the clerk should have comped the room.
