• Nothing I didn't like.

“Excellent location on the beach. Room had a balcony from which the sunset could be seen. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• The west in is central to everything in key west!
• The carpets in room 121 were filthy making the soles of my feet filthy.

“The staff interacting in person with us was a bit less chatty than I am accustomed to in a tourist area. The bellman was actually rather terse. The service express people were very helpful and handled our questions patiently. The pool is beautiful and the chaises very comfortable. The west in heavenly beds are still heavenly and a good thing - I didn't want to get out of them and put my feet on the incredibly filthy carpet in the room. The condition of the floor was appalling in a hotel of this repute and cost! My feet were not just a little dirty; they were dark brown with dirt from walking around the room after a shower. I ended up placing towels on the floor to walk on to avoid having to wash my feet again before putting on shoes or getting into bed. It really tarnished an otherwise beautiful hotel stay.”

• The heavenly bed & shower.
• No fridge in the room.

“My husband and I where first timers to the west in and also to key west. Our room couldn't have been more comfortable and the shower was great too. To be able to come home after a night of drinking and walking it was so nice to jump into that heavenly bed. When we got there we had two double beds and we requested one king bed and the staff was just great. Our view was the best. The west in was so nice and clean. The only thing that could have made our stay better is if it was longer. Thanks again to all the staff at the west in for a great 4 nights. Carl & Susanne Snyder February 2007.”

• had a slight ant problem but resolved quickly

“Loved it!! The Hilton hotel itself doesn't have a beach but they take you by boat to their private beach called sunset key which was Beautiful. It is in perfect location to stumble home from a great night of partying at the bars. Everything is in walking distance or take bikes. You will really enjoy your stay.”

• Spectacular location, unbelievably nice hotel.

“If you want to stay in Key West, in the middle of it all, but have a quiet room you can sleep in, this is the place. This hotel is the epitome of a 4 star hotel, gorgeous inside and outside. ”

• Great location, great price, poolside room with king sized bed and non-smoking as we requested
• Located near the cruise ship dock so we had to look at 10-story ships! No airport shuttle!

“Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. Bed and linens were very nice (right up there with Wyndham linens, which I find the best). Would have liked a small refrigerator and microwave in the room.Though we didn't spend much time in the room, we found the experience great. The pool and hot tub, though small, were well maintained and had very comfortable chairs. We could not have asked for more...”

• In the middle of all the action in Key West
• Parking charges of twelve dollars daily.
