“Welcomed by a beautiful waterfall in lobby, friendly staff at check-in made the process smooth and easy. Security at elevators made us feel safe on our floor. Comfortable linens in bathrooms, and on beds made for a wonderful 2-night stay. And the free close parking was nice as well.”

- Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable.
- Did not receive our wake up call, and almost missed our plane.
“The hotel was beautiful, but we asked for a wake up call for a very early flight and did not receive the call. We woke up late and almost missed our flight. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said there system was down and offered nothing, not even an apology. Very disappointing.”

- The view was excellent, and every employee I met was gracious.
- I didn't like the parking situation.
“The Sheraton Cleveland airport hotel offers cozy accommodations steps from the terminal of Cleveland Hopkins international airport. The hotel offers a club level with slightly larger rooms that offer multiple data ports, a large workspace, and comfortable furnishings. Amelia's offers a great selection of entree's for dinner, but the club level lounge is the best bet for great food (read: free appetizers [but only available for guests of the club level].) Convenience, comfort, and connectivity. That¿s the Sheraton Cleveland airport hotel.”

“Looked like it was a missile testing ground. Was undergoing a demolition and looked it. Elevator was far from safe. The parking area I was instructed to park in was closer to the airport than the hotel. Room was dirty and worn. No Internet No continental breakfast. If I could have got a refund I would have rather slept in my car.”

- The beds were magnificent, the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
- Nio mini bar, smoke was unbearable in the bar and restaurant, rooms were a little small to have queen size beds.
“Getting to the hotel is a bit of a challenge because of the lack of signs. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little small to have queen sized beds but the beds themselves were wonderful. Overall the hotel is very nice and we would stay there again.”

- Good location, unique foods in restaurant.
- Bottom of door had a 1+" gap in it and created a sense of non-privacy.
“Did not like the fact I could not use the Wi-Fi in my room. I want to use my computer in privacy, not in a lobby. Pool was closed and I was not notified. Lost a bit of the value factors that are a decision maker for hotels I choose. Good thing my kids weren't traveling with us.”

- Was verbally promised non-smoking room; hotel reneged on this.
“Given smoking room even though I was promised a non-smoking room on the phone. Room reeked of smoke. Bathroom walls had yellow streaks from smoke. Perimeter of carpet in room was filthy with crumbs, lint, paper clips. Phone had no cord. Given cord by front desk. Phone line buzzed constantly. Two light bulbs in lamps were burned out. Promised non-smoking room for second night, but when I returned to the hotel that evening to get new room assignment, once again the hotel tried to refuse to transfer me. Manager finally relented and gave me a non-smoking room.”

- The parking was included and it was easy to come and go once you figured out the entrance and exit to the hotel.
- We were somewhat concerned about security and the parking was crowded. There were some functions going on at the hotel that filled the parking lot.
“It was comfortable clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Access to and from the hotel was confusing until you got to know the routes around the airport. would recommend the hotel to friends.”

- Bathroom facilities on main level needed better cleaning.
“This hotel is right on the airport property making it very convenient for those who are flying. The hotel has very comfortable beds and the rooms were well maintained. The staff was very friendly attitude despite long lines at check-in (a soccer tournament was in town for the weekend). The pool and fitness rooms were both fine as well. I did not eat in the restaurant, but a couple of people were grumbling on the elevator about the higher prices. A little more attention to the restock of supplies in the bathrooms on the main level are necessary. Twice I encountered a shortage of toilet paper and paper towels. This is not acceptable and should be corrected. It was a very good deal for the money and I would return to this location.”

- The hotel was conveniently located to the Cleveland Hopkins Airport and to destinations on the west side of the city.
- Although the hotel was under renovation, the room had not been updated yet.
“The hotel is conveniently located to the airport. Navigating the airport roadways to get to the hotel was a bit difficult with little sign age for direction. The lobby was conveniently configured with the front desk easily accessible. The front desk personnel were friendly at both check-in and check-out. I requested a non-smoking room at check-in; but, the hotel was completely booked. The front desk personnel made suggestions for future stays. Unfortunately on check-out, a trainee had a difficult time with parking validation which was easily corrected by a senior employee. The room cleanliness was a bit disappointing for this level of hotel. The room did not have room darkening curtains which was disappointing. The hallway to the elevators to our room was adjacent to the lounge. It was apparent that the lounge permitted smoking as the walk to the elevator was noticeably smoky. ”

- Located on Airport property, easy to get to Cleveland on the trains, free shuttle to airport, wonderful beds.
- They were under construction, but easily avoidable. Parking was a little confusing, but easily worked out.
“Located on airport property, first glance would be an everyday looking tall building. Beautiful inside, had full service bar and restaurant. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub. They were under construction at the time of stay, but it was avoidable. The room was cozy, the beds were the most comfortable beds I had ever slept on in a hotel. The room was very clean. We had to pay for the Internet, but there was a nice desk set up for business travelers. The room even had a robe. They validated your parking pass, so parking was free and you could come and go at your leisure We took the airport shuttle to the airport (2 min ride) and took the train into Cleveland. They shuttled us back to the hotel. It was a perfect location for us.”

- The small lobby was tastefully decorated.
- Remodeling (which we did not know about in advance) made our stay here inconvenient. The room was almost as small as a closet. The bathroom was dirty.
“What can I say about being misinformed other than the Sheraton hotel chain is one that my family and I will not be staying in the future--no matter how glowing they make their property out to be. This hotel should definitely be rated only a 2 star hotel NOT the 3 star rating that was proposed.”

- Hotel was run down and NOT worthy of 3 stars
“They seem to have spent a lot of money on the entry decor and the rooms were nice but the rest of the hotel definately looked and felt it's age- old and run down. The staff was so-so, not bad for a motel but surely not up to par with a high rated hotel. The showers and sink were in modest repair and I thought the ice machine was going to collapse. The location was a pain to get into and leave from. I've seen worse but not by much (compared to hotels in the same category).”

- Shuttle service to the airport was always ready for me
“I had a very good experience at the hotel. The only thing that went wrong was dinner. I arrived late and ordered a pizza. It was overcooked and they made a new one. It took some time to eat but the staff handled the situation as well as could be expected. Every staff I talked to was very helpful and pleasant”

- beds and pillows were comfortable
- Hotel Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful Wireless internet did not work
“The hotel was in a decent location and had been renovated. However both rooms had dirty duvet covers with stains. The phone in one room did not work and wake up calls were not received. The wireless internet did not work as described in the rooms and the charges were not taken off the bill even though it did not work. Do not EVER eat in their restaurant. It was beyond disgusting!”

- Absolute great hotel! Great new rooms.

- The guestrooms were very clean and newly remodeled. The beds were very comfortable.
- The lobby needed updated.
“Great place to stay to make sure you get to the airport for an early flight. The parking shuttle was very prompt and the driver was very helpful with my luggage.”

- Cleanliness and convenience for and early morning flight
- Restaurant waitress could have been a little more courteous and the room heater was very noisy .
“The hotel was very convenient for an early flight the next morning . The hotel in general was well appointed ,very clean and comfortable . One waitress must have had a bad day and it reflected on the service overall . Food was moderate to good and the rest of the staff , other waiters and waitresses as well as the manager made up for the other lady .”
