“This was a terrific place to stay after a long flight to Cleveland. It's located right across the street. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and the linens nice. The bathroom was updated and attractive. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us. We enjoyed a drink in the bar in the evening and a swim in the pool in the morning. We were relaxed and refreshed at the end of our stay.”

- It was close to the airport.
- Bathroom not clean, falling apart, total room not clean.
“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The shower handle fell off when we tried to use it. The faucet in the shower was loose and ready to fall off. The tables in the room were sticky and dirty. The cleaning lady sprayed some spray on a cloth, cleaned the toilet and with the same cloth cleaned the tables in the room. This was not a pleasant stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

- The lobby was nice. Staff was friendly and courteous.
- I thought it was noisy. People kept running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. Beds not very comfortable.

- $70 room service food worse than a convenience store.
“This review may be a bit skewed. The day we checked in there was a white out and planes were cancelled. This may have put extra pressures on the staff. Our check in was fast and friendly. The bartender was rude to the point of people leaving. So we decided to order room service, it took 2 hours, the food was cold, and about the same quality as gas station food from a microwave.”

- Elevator key card system can't get breakfast earlier than 6am.
“We have stayed in this hotel several times and have always had great service. They recently installed a system in which in order to get to the floor your room is on, you have to enter your key in the elevator. This is for each and every floor! You can imagine the chaos this caused with a full hotel of travelers all trying to use the same elevators (2) at the same time. It was the most frustrating and ridiculous thing I have ever seen!”

- The decor was beautiful. The room was decorated with new furniture and the linens were plush.
- The entryway from the back parking lot was covered in cigarette butts.

- The rooms have been recently remodeled and are very tasteful and comfortable.
- The view from the room was nothing special.
“This hotel meets its 3-star rating. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The location is good if you need to be by the airport, but otherwise not close to anything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking was free.”

- The pizza I ordered for room service was a 10.
- Shower Head could have been better.
“This hotel is perfect for the business traveler, or someone who is traveling in and out of CLE rather quickly. It's located right at the airport. Order the pizza with pesto sauce. The crust is perfect. The wall of water in the lobby is a nice touch. The gym left a little to be desired. No machine for any strength training or maintenance. Just had cardio machines.”

- Did not receive our wake up call, and almost missed our plane.
“The hotel was beautiful, but we asked for a wake up call for a very early flight and did not receive the call. We woke up late and almost missed our flight. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said there system was down and offered nothing, not even an apology. Very disappointing.”

- I didn't like the parking situation.
“The Sheraton Cleveland airport hotel offers cozy accommodations steps from the terminal of Cleveland Hopkins international airport. The hotel offers a club level with slightly larger rooms that offer multiple data ports, a large workspace, and comfortable furnishings. Amelia's offers a great selection of entree's for dinner, but the club level lounge is the best bet for great food (read: free appetizers [but only available for guests of the club level].) Convenience, comfort, and connectivity. That¿s the Sheraton Cleveland airport hotel.”

- The beds were magnificent, the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
- Nio mini bar, smoke was unbearable in the bar and restaurant, rooms were a little small to have queen size beds.

- Bottom of door had a 1+" gap in it and created a sense of non-privacy.
“Did not like the fact I could not use the Wi-Fi in my room. I want to use my computer in privacy, not in a lobby. Pool was closed and I was not notified. Lost a bit of the value factors that are a decision maker for hotels I choose. Good thing my kids weren't traveling with us.”

- Was verbally promised non-smoking room; hotel reneged on this.
“Given smoking room even though I was promised a non-smoking room on the phone. Room reeked of smoke. Bathroom walls had yellow streaks from smoke. Perimeter of carpet in room was filthy with crumbs, lint, paper clips. Phone had no cord. Given cord by front desk. Phone line buzzed constantly. Two light bulbs in lamps were burned out. Promised non-smoking room for second night, but when I returned to the hotel that evening to get new room assignment, once again the hotel tried to refuse to transfer me. Manager finally relented and gave me a non-smoking room.”

- The parking was included and it was easy to come and go once you figured out the entrance and exit to the hotel.
- We were somewhat concerned about security and the parking was crowded. There were some functions going on at the hotel that filled the parking lot.

“This hotel is right on the airport property making it very convenient for those who are flying. The hotel has very comfortable beds and the rooms were well maintained. The staff was very friendly attitude despite long lines at check-in (a soccer tournament was in town for the weekend). The pool and fitness rooms were both fine as well. I did not eat in the restaurant, but a couple of people were grumbling on the elevator about the higher prices. A little more attention to the restock of supplies in the bathrooms on the main level are necessary. Twice I encountered a shortage of toilet paper and paper towels. This is not acceptable and should be corrected. It was a very good deal for the money and I would return to this location.”

- The hotel was conveniently located to the Cleveland Hopkins Airport and to destinations on the west side of the city.
- Although the hotel was under renovation, the room had not been updated yet.
“The hotel is conveniently located to the airport. Navigating the airport roadways to get to the hotel was a bit difficult with little sign age for direction. The lobby was conveniently configured with the front desk easily accessible. The front desk personnel were friendly at both check-in and check-out. I requested a non-smoking room at check-in; but, the hotel was completely booked. The front desk personnel made suggestions for future stays. Unfortunately on check-out, a trainee had a difficult time with parking validation which was easily corrected by a senior employee. The room cleanliness was a bit disappointing for this level of hotel. The room did not have room darkening curtains which was disappointing. The hallway to the elevators to our room was adjacent to the lounge. It was apparent that the lounge permitted smoking as the walk to the elevator was noticeably smoky. ”

- Staff very helpful.
- Hard to find & 1st room had plaster falling from ceiling.
“The hotel was difficult to find because it is right at the airport so the directions made it a bit difficult. The staff was fabulous but the room had plaster falling on the pull out sofa sleeper so we had to move rooms.”

- Quiet, even though right next to airport.
- Renovations in the lobby and outside, long walk to lobby.
“Nice hotel next to airport that is quiet and well furnished. Staff and help were good and parking is free. Difficult at times to get into the facility because of backups at the airport, maybe 10 minutes wait max.”

- The staff was rude, security had to be called numerous times due to rowdy guests, got no sleep.
