“The hotel and it's staff were great! I had a really horrible time on the phone with operator. She was very defensive and did not listen to me as a customer. She was not very helpful to me or the hotel staff when asked about billing issues. I would have listened to what they had to say and then explained the procedure of how the company does things. Operator in customer relations may need a refresher in customer relations! Because she did not relate very well to this customer.”
