• We could hear every word fellow hotel customer were saying and even the rooms next to us. No sound insulation and the people staying were rude.

“Hotel was fine except a bit further away than we expected but it worked out fine. Won't stay there again because my family and I were only allowed a few hours of sleep because of our neighbors. We had to get out of bed at 11:00pm to quiet them down ourselves.”

• Loved that they had a business center in lobby with access to computers, printer and mailing station.

• The size of the room - was like staying in an apt.
• The location of my room from the front desk - very long walk with luggage.

“You don't feel like you're at a hotel at Homewood Suites. This location seems to have bigger room layouts than others I've stayed in and the interior designer did a nice job too.”

• The views were awesome.

“The rooms were beautiful, spacious with balcony view of the water. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was more like an apartment building than an hotel which was okay.”

• Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff desk, counter person was excellent.
• Older small TV's, small lobby. Hot tub not in use.

“Great location for an occasional visitor to Fort Meyers. This is a business hotel, featuring a nice pool. It happened to be cold the day we visited, so the inside of the hotel.”

• Most "courtyard" rooms come with a balcony.
• The hotel is a bit dated.

“While this motel provides good basic rooms and amenities and many rooms come with a nice balcony, it is a bit dated. The facility has been well maintained, but it could use an update.”

• Clean, attractive rooms.
• The connecting rooms had one queen size bed each which was not convenient with children (why else would I need connecting?).
