• Everyone was very friendly and could do anything for you at any time of the day or night. Great staff.
• Everything was great and clean.

• Friendly employees, clean and
  convenient location.

“I enjoy talking to the staff. The staff remembers their returning guests. The rooms are clean, the pool is clean, there are drink and snack machines along with area convenient stores. There is also a washer and dryer for the guests to use.”

• Old motel converted to a Best Western.

• Friendly staff, very clean and
  easy to find.

“Since I will be traveling to Arcadia once a month I will be staying at this hotel. The price is reasonable and the hotel is located close to the facility I will be visiting. This is a otel that I would recommend.”

• The desk clerk that checked me in was very friendly.
• Roaches, firm check out time, old, basic accommodations.

“This was definitely not a 2 star hotel, really not even a 1 star. Had roaches, was an old one level motel. Just very basic. The check out time was 11 and they wouldn't give me past 11:30 for a late check out. Given the fact that I checked in at 5 am and they were only going to be around 20% booked, I would figure they could've cut me some slack.”

• Nothing. Stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
• Located in horrible section of town. People hanging out in parking lot.

“Located in a terrible section with grown men hanging out all over and in the parking lot. The note at the bottom of their 'agreement' states: "Best Western Arcadia Inn assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause." I think it's on there for a good reason. I told the attendant I was not going to stay with my two young children in this location. So if you prefer hotels located in a bad section, with employees who are, according to their own staff, "liars", then this is the place for you!”

• Run down room and not clean.

• Nice pool and friendly front desk staff.
• There were spiders and webs in the corners and missing blinds on the window.

“The walls showed a lot of dirt and needed to be washed. There were spiders and spider webs in several areas. Missing blinds made it necessary for me to put a sheet up on the window for privacy. Will not go back.”
