• Verry conviently located to many shops and business'
• A/C not very good, broken hairdryer, room not fresh.

“As a business traveler, this hotel is very average. For the price, it was good. You get what you pay for and I got what I expected.”

• It was near enough to things I could escape.
• The smell of garbage in every hallway.

“This place was nice to look at until you entered. The smell of ripe garbage permeated the main and second floor (never went to third). The room was superficially clean. My first trip was to Wal-mart to get Lysol. My second was to use half a can and leave. There are kitchens in the rooms but I didn't use them, not trusting the plates or cutlery.”

• It had a refrigerator.
• When I requested a room with two beds to accommodate a business partner, who was visiting me, they demanded more money.

“The building seemed attractive enough from the outside, but once inside I learned that I could not have a second bed for a business partner who was coming to visit me. Then when I went to use the provided dish ware in the hotel room I realized that it had been left dirty from the previous occupants. When I complained the desk staff said they would provide clean dishes, which took over 2 hours to get.”

• Extremely nice, helpful stall. Very reasonable rates.
• Requested a smoking room. Some odor to be expected, but our rooms smell was excessive. Deodorizer desperately needed.

“Overall, very happy with room and staff. Smoking room requested, but tobacco odor extreme. Could certainly use some air freshener. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends & family!”

“Excellent hotel! The fact that it's PETS friendly, and we didn't have to hide our doggie like the disgusting Days Inn in Port Pierce, Florida, where windows are sealed, and no kitchen and no fridge. This hotel is a GEM, as good as Extended Stay America. No need for a flat/ LCD TV to call it upscale. TV doesn't make hotel upscale anymore. It did in the 60s-70s-80s. Today TV is a non-sense, annoying piece of furniture. Computers should be instead. So, if any hotel starts throwing away their stinky TVs, and instead bringing computers, will be the leader in 21st century. The ability to open all windows for the fresh air, and not to be poisoned by air-conditioned air is the most important. People are not brainwashed like before. We're much smarter today.”

• Nice kitchen area. Great location.
• Thin walls make it too easy to hear next door rooms.

“The hotel was in a great location. The walls must be thin because I could hear everything in the next rooms. Stayed for eight days and only received towels and cleaning on 2nd day. Had to get clean towel from front desk. I wouldn't have minded if it was in the middle of my stay, but not on the second day!”

• The hotel employees were great. Really pet friendly. Great hotel without spending a lot of money.
• Not easy to find.

“Hotel was very clean and the employees were fantastic. We needed a pet friendly hotel and they were great. Rooms were very big and clean. Will stay there again in future trips.”

• I appreciated the kitchen and that they had some pans and dishes already available in the cabinets.
• It was noticeably dated.

“It was nice enough for what we needed. We weren't expecting extravagant due to its star, but it was clean enough. We were most impressed with the man at the desk, he easily directed us to everything we were looking for and gave us a great restaurant recommendation.”

“The hotel was perfect for what I needed. I did miss a pool but the kitchenette made up for it. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. I would stay there again.”

• Perfect accommodations for the business traveler.
• Furnishings were a bit dated and elevator did not always work.

“Studio suite perfect for the business traveler. Small table/desk, microwave, stove, sink and mini fridge. Sofa pulled out for a second bed. VERY SMALL television though.”

“This two star hotel is conveniently located and offers the benefits and disadvantages of an extended stay facility. We enjoyed the benefits of a small, but clean and efficiently planned suite. However, maid service was not provided on a daily basis.”

• The bed was rock hard and no extra blankets available.

“The place was clean, but, bed was the worst I even slept on. If you like rock hard you will like this. No extra blankets from the front desk as their were two of us and one wanted to sleep on the pull out couch. Also paper thin walls I could hear snoring from the next room and people walking about us.”

• It was economical and centrally located for what I was doing in Ft Myers.
• Woken by the last guys wake up call x 2 nights. The staff seemed like this was not unusual and was not in a hurry to apologize.

“This place was fine. You get what you pay for. The room was clean, but musty smelling. I smelt it when I arrived each evening, but could not seem to smell it after a few minutes later. The extended stay plan was not explained to me, so I was a little surprised.”

• It had a full kitchen.
• The walls had marks on them, the rug was dirty and the bathroom floor was peeling up from the back wall.

“I was booked a room with just a queen bed in it. I had to pay 23.00 upgrade fees just to get the room that I was supposed to get in the first place. The hotel was more of a 0ne star due to the lack of cleaning that it needed.”

• In a safe area for the price.
• They checked me out of my room early and took all my belongings from the room.

“You get what you pay for. Safer area than anything else for the price. Service for the room does not seem to happen unless you complain. This was true for me and the rest of my team that stayed here. I still have not received my things that were taken when they checked me out early. If I had not saved my hotel confirmation number that you sent me they would still be calling me a liar. It took talking to the owner of this hotel to get things taken care of.”
