“The staff is friendly and helpful. You can enjoy a good breakfast along with the daily news and a daily newspaper. Their pool and spa is refreshing. The beds are very comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful.”

• I loved the beds! They had the new foam that molds to your body. It was wonderful!
• My husband never comments but he even said he loved the hotel. No negative comments!

“We stayed in Florida for two weeks. One week was at a condo on Cocoa Beach. After all the places we stayed this was the most comfortable because the beds were fantastic! I'm now thinking of buying a bed like that. I felt very secure in the hotel as well as parking. My husband never comments on accommodations. I have to drag him away from home. He even said he really enjoyed this hotel. That is the best compliment you can get. We have stayed in 5-Star hotels and this hotel was more enjoyable! Great job everyone at Fairfield Inn! Great breakfast too!”

• Very clean, very accessible and very affordable, especially for the quality of the hotel.
• The internet access was in the midst of the breakfast area, multiple prying eyes.

• The night staff guy. He anticipated our every need, even asking, as we waited for elevator, do we need a wake up call?
• Rooms did not get cool enough even when cutting down the AC to cooler temps.

• No microwave, no fridge.

“While bed was comfy, the overall place was bland. Small TV, no microwave, no fridge, no real closet space, a hanger rod about 24" off the floor to hide the safe. The room was for handicapped people yet the tub just had hand rails one would have had to step over a standard height tub side if handicapped. I did not request a handicap room. I expected better.”

• This hotel was the bomb one of the best I have been to it was clean and the staff was great and the service was great my husband and I were so happy.
• There was nothing I did not like everything was an okay.

• Pool area had tons of fire ants around.

“This is a very clean, well kept hotel, close to shopping, the airport and restaurants. Rooms are a little small but everything is super clean and they have very friendly staff. The outdoor pool is heated and there are plenty of chairs to sit around. The free continental breakfast is great better than most. We were there for 5 days and I ate something different each morning. There is plenty of free parking and many places to eat and shop within walking distance.”

• I like the location of the hotel. It was close enough to the beaches.
• My room was on the first floor which was directly facing the parking lot.

“When I first book my trip I was a little skeptical about being in a 2 star hotel, but my experience was that of a 3 1/2 star hotel. The staffs were extremely friendly and the rooms very comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel motto was "keeping our promise" and they surely did. Thank you.”

• The hotel staff is extremely polite and immediately takes care of all needs.
• I have stayed here several times and have not found anything that I did not like about this hotel.

“Sunday morning at 8:00 am I was asked to come to the front desk in the next 5 minutes to clear up a reservation problem I was supposed to check out Sunday am but they told me I should nave checked out Saturday am after several calls the desk clerk cleared up the problem but she made me feel like a criminal in the mean time.”

• Professional looking customer service, cleanliness, tidiness.
• Internet services were down in my room, called in toll free #, kept me on hold for 45min, then hung on me, problem was not solved, wasn't called back.

“hotel location s perfect, super clean, didn't have a chance to try the restaurant, room services ok, (they forgot the little toilet pack for the next day despite good tipping), wireless internet worked for 2 hours, then went down, tried to call guest services, no clue!, gave me toll free# to call, a guy answered me, tried every thing, could not solve the problem, and he got rid of me by putting me on hold for 45 minute, then he hung up. Very unprofessional!”

“The room smelled of smoke even thou the whole hotel is a non smoking facility. Breakfast is very nice with many choices. The room was clean and the bed was soft and very comfortable. Too much security for the web access. Rooms facing the alley behind the hotel will find the 5:00 a.m. garbage pick-up very loud. Pool is small and plain, but clean and in good shape. The staff was top shelf in all aspects.”

• Location in the vicinity of many eating places was excellent.
• Some of the other guests in this hotel were unsavory.

“Small rooms, but very efficient and clean - new furniture. Complimentary "expanded continental" breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Although this is a totally nonsmoking hotel, the first room we were offered smelled terribly of cigarette smokes. The front desk staff was able to switch rooms for us. Some of the other guests in the hotel were rough and unsavory. Two of them wore no shirts to breakfast, and their pants were worn very low, exposing about 9 inches of their underwear. If it were not for these two negatives, I would have rated the hotel with 2 1/2 stars.”

“I had one complaint. I ask for a wake up call of 6:30am on the last day of my stay so I didn't miss my departure flight but never got the call. I checked with the front desk and they claim it was logged into their computers for a wake up call but never heard the phone ring. It worked the previous day when I requested a wake up call. I did end up missing my flight and was delayed at the airport all day!”

“This hotel was surprisingly new and certainly met our needs for an overnight stay in the Fort Meyers area. It was quite clean, bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was adequate. The staff was attentive and helpful.”

• I was pleased with the continental breakfast and swimming pool.
• Could not open side door with key for more convenience.

“The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I have not slept that good in a long time. The bed covers were very attractive. They gave us a room right by the pool and the dining room on the first floor which was fantastic with my two children.”

• No guest coin laundry and no fridge in room.

“My only suggestion to the hotel would be to provide a fridge in the room as no minibus available. Instead of the expensive laundry service it would be a nice thing for a 2 star hotel to offer self wash possibilities with coin laundry as almost all the other 2 star hotels do.”

“Other than the small room which was not really an issue. I like everything about this hotel. The hotel staff was the best of our trip. The free breakfast was good. They have a computer set up in the breakfast room with free internet access and free printer. The rooms were clean and up to date.”
