• Good location to access all downtown attractions.

“Upon check-in to our room the a/c was not cooling. Since I have MS and (desperately!) need my room to be cool, we contacted the front desk. W/in minutes they cheerfully moved us to a new room w/a working a/c. Also, the staff was more than happy to call ahead to the rock hall of fame to reserve a wheelchair for me, which was greatly appreciated. The staff at this hotel was excellent and deserves our sincerest thanks and praise. Their efforts made our stay in Cleveland very enjoyable and we would definitely choose this hotel again.”

“Hotel was clean, but air conditioner did not work in first room. Informed us they were booked up, and then called us 5 minutes later to change us to another room. They did upgrade our room at no cost for our troubles.”

“The hotel was just as I expected. The staff went out of their way to help me with returning my rental car and getting to the airport in the morning, especially since local construction made that quite confusing. This was a very good hotel, especially for the money.”

• The spa wasn't working during this last visit.

“I've stayed at the courtyard by Marriott several times and am always highly satisfied. I appreciate attention to detail and this establishment pleases me in that regard. From the cheerfully provided extra coffee to the fast delivery of a roll-away bed, the weather posted in the elevator and the lemon-laced ice water in the lobby. It's all well done.”

“The hotel is about 6 miles from the airport. It is located in an area that has a mall and many restaurants. All areas of this hotel were very clean. The hotel appears to be fairly new.”

“We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott North Olmsted while visiting my son at college. I may be unusual, but I was happy with the softness of the pillows. I normally travel with my own pillows but found the ones in the room to be very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were noticeably clean. Our room was immaculate as were the public areas. My mother specifically noticed the hall rugs and how clean things were rugs, walls and general appearance. We even had a problem with my son taking our car keys and the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout and shuttle ride to the mall while we waited for him to get out of school. And even when we were a bit late getting back from the mall, they were gracious allowing us back into our room to get our things with no chastisement. The more I think about my 24 hours at this hotel, the more impressed I am with how great it was. At checkout, I told them it was excellent and I'd stay there again. And I would.”

• The room was inviting and the pillows were dreamy.
• The bed was too firm for my taste and I was sore when I woke up.

“For the price it was fabulous. The shower was awesome!! The pillows had pieces of heaven in them. The staff was great and the breakfast was a fabulous deal. $8.00 for all you can eat filled me up and made me smile. The noise level was perfect, the fan on the AC unit was the perfect level of white noise to block out any other sound. The drapes were AWESOME since they blocked out all light until you opened them. I did not care for the bed, it was entirely too hard. And I reported someone who was working there because they kept the back door propped open all night and they really bothered me. ”

• The hotel was very neat and clean, the pool was conveniently right outside the door.
• The back door was broken so we could not enter that way.

• The park and fly was very helpful, I'd probably go there again just for this reason.
• Nothing I can think of.

“The area is great. Walking distance to restaurants, Wal-Mart and a mall. Driving distance to anything you need. I also liked that there were many places to deliver food to the hotel. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely go back again (especially for the park and fly to Cleveland Hopkins Airport).”

• The hot tub wasn't very hot. My 5 year old swam in it because it was as warm as her bathwater and the pool water was cold.

• My children and I loved the beautiful indoor pool.
• There was no continental breakfast.

“Our stay was wonderful. My son was married in this area and we had gotten the rooms to stay over from the rehearsal to the actual wedding. The pool was a great relaxer. Because we got in from the rehearsal so late, I really appreciated the staff letting us swim an extra half hour or so after the deadline. Everything was so very clean and fresh. The temperature control was very sensitive and easy to change. We had a really marvelous time.”

“Super clean hotel in quiet area, but still close to the airport. Room was big and comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to a handful of good restaurants and a large shopping mall. Hotel provides free shuttle service to airport every 30 minutes. Staff is excellent. Great place to stay near the airport.”

• I had to wait 15 min for airport shuttle but I knew this would happen

“It was clean. Besides the towels in the room, ther were towels in the pool area and work-out room. It was close to shopping and restaurants. My kids and I enjoyed our short visit and wished we had more time to spend there. I also have to say I didn't mind paying price.”

• The bed was very comfortable. Excellent customer service. Glad they had a workout/exercise area.

• Room configuration was rather strange, received king size bed

“The hotel was located near the Cleveland airport, with a huge shopping mall nearby. A breakfast bar was available in the morning for a nominal charge. Hotel was very nice, we received a smoking room with a king size bed and sofa sleeper, although room seemed a little small. Overall we had a good experience there.”
