• The suite like atmosphere would be great if you were staying longer - needing a kitchen.
• There were cigarette burns in our sheets.

“This hotel was impossible to find. It was more like 2 miles. We arrived in the dark. The kids were tired and it was not a pleasant experience.”

• Initial price for room.
• Cockroaches in bathroom, given dirty room 1st before swap.

“My boyfriend and I have stayed in plenty of "extended stay hotels" previously this one was BY FAR the worst in overall quality of the room (s), the staff assistance and knowledge (mostly Hispanic with very little English-speaking ability) and general "don't really care about your happiness" feeling. I/we will NOT be recommending this hotel OR staying there again!”

• Pool, quiet, clean laundry facilities, free parking, kitchenettes.
• Internet service is 4.99 per stay.

• Dish washer, big table to work on large room.
• Cannot think of a thing.

• Kitchen even had plates and silverware.
• Did not like barking dogs in rooms of other guests.

• This is a wonderful hotel close to major access roads.
• It rained.

“A great hotel for anyone visiting the Cleveland metro area. It was easy to get downtown, and to all the suburbs. There are plenty of shopping choices within walking distance of the hotel, but most of all the staff was wonderful.”
