• Clean and easy to find.
• The bed was way to hard.

• Close to interstate. Close to Cracker Barrel.
• 1st room smelled horrible. Asked for another and got an attitude from attendant.

“The staff was unfriendly, the hotel was dirty and smelled. The hot water would cut in and out and the tub would take 25 minutes to drain. We had to wait forever between showers. The only good thing about this hotel was the location because it was close to the interstate and Cracker Barrel.”

• Conveniently located for the VA Highlands Festival. Price was good.
• Only thing did not like was check in not until 3:00 PM.

“I would stay at this hotel again. Location was easy to get in and out of. Located near friends. My purpose for traveling was the VA Highlands Festival and the hotel was located near that event. Only draw back was the mid afternoon check in time, but the receptionist did what she could to expedite that.”

• Good sized room with microwave and refrigerator.
• Somewhat shabby.

“Rooms clean but definitely not fancy. Comfortable bed.”

• No hot water in shower.

“The room was musty and moldy when we checked in. The bed cover and blanket were dirty and stained. We had no hot water in the shower. Even after the office guy came to the room we had no not water in the shower. Room was generally dated and stale.”

• The bedspread had spots on it.

• There was a free continental breakfast.
• The breakfast was poor, no cream, no fruit, and few grain choices.

• It could use some updating.
