• Convenient location, friendly staff.
• Having to reach into the tank to hold the flapper down so the tank would hold water every time I needed to use the toilet.

“Stay wasn't terribly bad but after a long day; it was a bit aggravating to have had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. Toilet did not work; I called for repair & I was told that it would take a while for maintenance to come. So I had to reach into the tank to hold the flapper down so the tank would fill, every time I needed to use the toilet.”

• The hot breakfast was a plus.
• Not worth the price. Hotel is in need of renovations.

“Older hotel with little cost paid in repairs. Roof leak repairs were noticeable. Staff was friendly.”

• The air conditioning did not work well at all.

“I was very surprised to see that the hotel changed ownership in the time that I booked the reservation until we actually arrived. I was very glad to see that they honored the reservation though.”

• Complimentary breakfast.
• Rooms smell and need deep cleaning!

“Hotel is not traveler friendly! Very difficult to reach from the highway. Very difficult! We were informed we would be given two complimentary cocktail coupons for each night stay. We asked, none were offered. Hotel in a shabby, poor section of town.”

• Friendly staff.
• Several people just 'hanging out' making note of our presence.

“We looked at our room and the security lock did not work. Overall we were concerned with our safety so we moved to another motel and enjoyed a fine dinner and overnight. In other words, we received no value from the money we paid you. Never again will we use your reservation service.”

• Near the mall and restaurants.
• It's a motel - outside access to rooms.

“There was construction going on and the vehicles everywhere. I'm a solo female traveler, and I don't want to say in "motels" - I don't feel they are as safe. And there was a giant cockroach (palmetto bug - apparently) on my vanity, when I got out of the shower. And the room was old, outdated, and didn't smell real good.”

• The room dirty, a $20 hotel at best.
• Wrong room, over priced, dirty, bad all round.

“Checked in, they did not have room requested, bugs in the room, towels dirty, room stank. This is a 20 dollar hotel. Check out 30 mines after arrival.”

• Overpriced, poor quality, needs repair, breakfast wasn't worth it.

“The toilet seat was falling off, the shower curtain was falling off, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. This was a motel that was in need of a lot of talc. ”

• Nothing was outstanding enough to like.
• Sheets had stains on them.

“The hotel was not in a very nice area and we felt uncomfortable parking our car on the back side where our room was. The sheets were old and stained possibly rust stains, but still very bad looking. ”

“Run don looking, awnings falling off, and roof sagging even though newly painted. Looked like they tried to paint it to hide very poor condition of hotel structure. Room drapes falling down, bedding thin, and bathroom tile patched in a million places.”

• It was not very new, there was patches on the wall and ceiling and the floor not the greatest.

“The was by no means a 2.5 star hotel. The breakfast was nice but frankly the rooms next door in the Hotters Inn were nicer. I think this hotel should by re-evaluated.”

• Adequate parking.
• This was listed 2-1/2 stars. It wasn't close.

“I am becoming more and more disappointed in the rooms provided by hotels when purchased. Many hotels set aside inferior rooms for customers with coupons in the central Florida area. It seems that for quite a while these hotels now do this when a room is purchased. If this trend continues I will be forced to discontinue. I have used your company for years and for the 2006 year I have had disappointment after disappointment. I will try one more time.”
