• Cost was affordable.
• Reservation was not honored.

“My room was wrong. I had reservered 2 beds and there was only one. When I went to the staff at the front desk was
very rude and told me there was no more rooms available. We are over booked by 14 rooms and you should have called ahead of time to confirm my reservation. So after driving 12 hours some of us had to sleep on the floor.”

• Friendly and professional front desk, incredibly comfortable bed, excellent TV and programming.

“I would describe the Fairfield Inn as an excellent value for the budget-minded. Outstanding front desk staff, simple but good free breakfast, sparkling clean, terrific room with a bed so comfortable I could barely get out of it in the morning.”

• Arbitrarily assigned king bed. Asked for two beds.

• Elevators real slow.

• Nothing, really.

“Provided everything I needed, as a rest stop on a two day trip. Hotel provided a good complimentary breakfast; convenient location-easy to find; good highway access. All in all, worked fine for me.”

• Elevator was very slow.

• Free breakfast.
• Fire alarm went off many of times for no reason.

“The fire alarm - kind was crazy. Not real sure why it keep going off every few minutes for about 30 minutes on Saturday. I wished the hot tub outside would been open. Other than that it was nice. I wished it would of been more romantic.”
