• Location and staff.
• Small room, noise from other rooms.

“Room was clean and comfortable, although quite small. Kitchenette feature was great and reasonably equipped. Staff was excellent, very friendly, and helpful.”

• Close to shopping and restaurants.
• Spider webs dangling from ceilings and crumbs under the table, I was placed in room that was set back in an alcove, didn't feel safe.

“Location was good, close to business, restaurants and shopping, room was small with a lot of spider webs and crumbs on the floor. The kitchenette feature was nice.”

• Sweat stained pillows.

“The general cleanliness of the hotel appeared fine. However, the four pillows provided all had visible stains that had obviously occurred over a lengthy time period. Only pillow cases which threadbare and worn were used to protect one's face and head from this potential unsanitary condition. The mattress was not flipped in accordance with the label showing that it should have been done a month earlier than our stay. Obviously, the bathrooms were important but the bedding is not. Luckily, we had brought our own bedding just in case this kind of situation occurred. It was necessary for this stay in this room. The kitchenette was clean and dirt free but I would not have wanted to use any utensils or cookware provided.”

• The location was great, the rooms were clean. Each room had a nice little kitchen, it was great for cooking breakfast.
• No coffee filters for the maker.

“Our stay was very nice, it was clean and quiet. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Close to the outpouring at the Lakeland airport.”

• The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was in great shape.
• None.

“The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. I was in town for a specific event, and they not only were able to tell me about it, but already had printed directions to the two sites I needed to go to. The staff was awesome. The room was very clean and welcoming. It is a great size room for 3-4 people to comfortably stay in. The hotel overall was attractive and looked great. If I return to Lakeland, this is where I will stay.”

• Late check in was simple.
• Air conditioner right next to head of the bed and extremely noisy when running.

“The room was very small and the beds were very small compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The air conditioner was located between the two bed headboards and was extremely noisy when running (and we had to have it running constantly because of the humidity in Florida), the tub drained very slowly after a shower. I called and asked for clean towels and was told to bring my dirty towels to the front desk and they would supply clean ones (a first for me!). On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located to the areas I was visiting.”

• Dinner and cookware was provided, nice to not have to eat off paper plates.
• A little pricey.

“Clean and well lit. Room was on the smallish sided but adequate. Cook top, microwave and fridge in room as well as cookware and table ware. A nice plus for someone who doesn't want to eat out all the time. Premises were clean and attractive.”

“The hotel is good and convenient to the Revival Venue. The staff are very helpful and even had directions copied for those of us going to the Revival. They were looking out for their customers needs.”

• Location, close to the Lakeland Center and Ignited Church.
• No shuttle service to Todd Bentley Revival, meetings in Lakeland

“Everything was A, ok. Didn't like 3rd floor location, as me and my wife are disabled. Front office, and all available help, closed at 11 p.m. each night. Too cheap to hire a single person for the 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. shift. But I had a life changing experience while there at the Great Florida End-Time Outpouring and had 2 direct experiences with the Lord in that room. In room, there will always be a holy place, but I doubt that the secular hotel has the understanding to grasp such a thing. Many people there were also attending the revival meetings. The glory of the Lord is all over Lakeland, FL.”

• Close to mall and I-4.
• Room reeked of smoke, bed uncomfortable, room very small, no pool.

“This hotel is for someone who wants bare bones only. No pool or activities, small rooms, no ice bucket, hair dryer, etc. Our room reeked of smoke, and I have been in smoking rooms before that did not smell.”

• The staff was very friendly and polite.
• The room was very small.

“First, my wife asks for smoking by mistake. There were no other non-smoking rooms left. The room smelled like smoke and was very small; second, the door to the room would not shut completely closed. Also the area was very noisy.”

• Having a stove, microwave, sink, utensils, awesome!
• The sleeping area was too small, hard for two people to use comfortably.

“This hotel was great. Met our needs quite well. Although the bed has very little room on either side and has only a medium quality mattress, we really enjoyed the use of the kitchen area. We had a scrumptious breakfast and satisfying supper in the room. We had our main meal at a restaurant and enjoyed ourselves. This is not a good place for those who want to hang around the room, but it's great for folks like us who are gone all day and evening and only need a place to sleep, shower, and fix early and late meals.”

• Hard to find, no signage on main road.

“I would stay at this hotel again. Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Wasn't expecting luxury but I don't need luxury if I have clean and nice. That is what I got, hands down!”

• Staff and location were great! Room like a small apt, price good. Clean and safe area.
• I wish it had a Jacuzzi and restaurant on premises. But no complaints at all.

“I think the staff was great!! Room was like a small apt w/kitchen and clean. Location was great. I felt safe and area had many restaurants and businesses and was close to I-4. Price was good. I would recommend the hotel.”

• Clean, comfy and felt like at home with a kitchen and even a closet.
• Had no pool.

“Clean and comfy. It made me feel like if at home with a kitchen and all the supplies needed. Very friendly and helpful employees. I will highly recommend this place and I will surely stay at this hotel again.”

• The public areas and room were clean and well maintained.
• Claustrophobic room, extremely tight and not conducive to a restful, relaxed experience.

“The front desk agent was very pleasant, manager was abrupt however. The room was extremely tiny; you could not walk on either side of the queen bed without hitting the dresser or the air conditioner coming out of the front wall. I have traveled a great deal, and have never seen a smaller, tighter room. If you wanted to watch TV in bed, you had to angle the TV off the edge of the dresser and hope you did not have to get up, as you would either hit the ac or the TV.”
