• NA.
• HVAC did not work, we were accidentally checked out daily.

“I will look for a different economy hotel next time we race in Ocala. we were safe, but the room was uncomfortable. The HVAC did not work, bedding was awful, and the spotlights outside the window could not be stopped by the curtains.”

• Bad attitude of staff. Cleanliness of rooms.

“We were first given a room that had not been cleaned. The second room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that we were choking. They finally gave us another room that was adequate. When we first explained of the dirty room, they hung up on us.”

• We enjoyed our one night stay. Room was very good and the food in the dining room was excellent.
• We found nothing.

“This motel is very convenient to I75 and the various restaurants and attractions around Ocala. Though both I75 and US40 were very busy routes, we heard none of the traffic noise. The room was very clean and t5he staff very helpful. We especially liked the restaurant with its good menu and service.”

• It was close to the interstate. The staff could have been more helpful.
• I reserved a ground floor room. I have bad knees; I was put on the upper floor.

• More than adequate/convenient parking.
• Outdated hotel, over 25 years old.

“Hotel is in good condition for it's age. Room was clean, but hotel is 25 years old, so it needs interior/exterior updating. Overall, a good stay for me.”

• Restaurant had good food and good prices.
• Dumpy -- rust in bathroom, face plate over AC outlets falling off, etc.

“"Low" Quality Inn -- definitely would not stay there again, although the restaurant was very reasonably priced and had surprisingly good food. But the accommodations were weak.”

• I had a flat and needed to take care of it and the hotel extended my check out. The hotel staff was very helpful and caring.
• I really didn't hang out at the hotel. I would just sleep there so I really don't have much to say about the hotel.

“If you need a hotel to stay overnight this is it. But I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a longer stay. 2 stars is what I will give this hotel.”

“After checking in I found the room to be dirty and with roaches, the hotel would not give me another room and I left to find another hotel in the area. I was quite dissapointed.”

• black mold in bathroom, toliet did not work

“This hotel was very dis-satsafactory in staff, and cleanliness. There was black mold in the ceiling in the shower The toliet would not work. You had to wait 40 minutes in between using before it would flush again. The hotel was very deserted when we arrived. We did not feel save with our children. In my option the hotel was not a 2 more like a 0.”

• They handled my situation well.
• Room was dirty and not well kept on first night. Very unsatisfied.

“Older hotel-if you do stay at this property stay in a remodeled room only. Do not ask about the rooms that have not been remodeled-you do not want to know.”

“the room cleaning easy fair at best. the garbage can wasn't emptied and one of the lamps had a burned out bulb. no wash clothes were replaced, just towels”

• Cleaning Crew was exceptionaly kind & courteous
• No Creamer for coffee in room/Food in restaurant not so good

“Conveniently close to I-75 and center of Ocala.
Clean.
Staff was great with the exception of restaurant. Food too high in calories. (i.e. too many starches and fats. No fruit or any other more healthy food choices.
(Perhaps they had run out by the time I got there.)”

“Very sub-par for a 2*. I think it would be a very adequate 1* hotel. Having stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn and a Courtyard by Marriott, which were both 2 1/2* hotels, I expected a lot more from a 2*. I would expect it to only be slightly below the quality of a 2 1/2* hotel, which it was most assuredly not. Again, it was not a bad hotel, just very overrated, in my opinion. Giving it 2*s as opposed to 1* gave me higher expectations than I should have had for that particular hotel.”
