• I absolutely loved the Asian Fusion decor and the beds were very comfortable!
• Loved everything about it.

“A wonderful stay from beginning to end. The desk clerks were very courteous and quick to acknowledge me. The lobby was very inviting, the glass elevators were a very nice touch. Our room was tastefully decorated and the choice of colors was calming and relaxing. The beds were exquisite. I slept so comfortably, words can't describe it.”

“Simply the best hotel to stay in Ocala. Very comfortable tempur pedic beds, beautiful and unique decor, atrium lobby, hospitable staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious and hot made-to-order breakfast, top floor specialty SKY restaurant that serves Asian fusion, 24 hours coffee shop, SKY bar, pools & span and the list goes on and on. I have visited Ocala, Fl several times for business and this was my second stay at the Holiday inn. It is by far the best hotel in Ocala and also the best holiday Inn I have stayed in. Don't miss staying at the Holiday Inn when in Ocala. It's a true VALUE+ for your money.”

“Great hotel! If you're in Ocala stay here! But, I left something in the hotel and the staff was like dear in headlights. I called they were confused about why I was even calling. The hotel is great but not staff.”

• Attractive, comfortable rooms with wonderful Terper Pedic mattresses.

“This Holiday Inn was the nicest I have seen. It was far from the mold with comtemporary public spaces, but the rooms were restful, roomy, and very pleasant. It was delightful.”

• The decor was just beautiful. I was highly impressed.
• The noise in the lobby was loud at night. I kept hearing speaking over a loud speaker but it was muffled.

“The hotel was just beautiful. The lobby has got a Asian theme and the rooms follow that theme. The gym even has a little bit of an Asian comfortable look to it. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant was friendly and understanding. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Comfortable and clean. Near the interstate but secluded.
• My room was across hallway from restaurant. Somtimes noisy.

“Next time I come through I'll stay here. Didn't dine at the restaurant but everything else about the hotel was nice. Hard to find but that is why it is quiet and has a nice atmosphere.”

• The Asian decor was lovely.
• It took me a while to get used to the humming of the refrigerator while trying to get to sleep.

“The receptionist was very friendly and answered our questions about the area. The atrium was gorgeous and our room decor was very lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was of high quality.

• The staff was nice room, and not crowded.
• Not good restaurant available, and the rooms were small.

“The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, the beds were awesome! The sky, their so called Asian fusion restaurant, is over priced and not a good place to eat. The other place to eat had food coming out of a closet and the staff seamed disgruntled and stunk of cigarettes. The waiter came to a table adjacent to ours with food in his mouth that he took off a plate he gave to another customer. The hotel was a ok 2.5 star Holiday Inn great for meetings but not a 4 star or 3 star resort.”

• Everything! The "green" atmosphere, the bed, the decor - everything!
• Slightly difficult to navigate to from the interstate, but not too bad.

“This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised at how "green" the hotel was, how clean it was, how friendly the staff was, and how luxurious it looked in the lobby, as well as the room. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, the business center is easy to access and use, and the best part of all was how affordable it was. Overall, a fantastic hotel. We've already planned our second stay!”

“This hotel only open a year is a tremendous value. The pool/spa area was nicely laid out, the room, spa, sauna and pool all together. I loved the fusion style of the décor and the gators that they slipped in.”

“Nice place, comfortable rooms. Love the beds. If they improve their housekeeping this would be a great hotel. Forgetting things on a daily basis is not wise when you have so many hotels in the area. How are you going to stand out from the others. Clean up your act and I might be back.”

• The lobby was comfortable. The best part was Buddy.
• We had a hard time understanding the hotel desk clerk. Her English was hard to understand.

“Considering all the hotels in the area, I would stay here again. A little hard to find at first but tucked away from the busy street where most of the hotels are located. The beds are very comfortable.”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. The inside lobby was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The room also exceeded our expectations. The only problem we had was at breakfast in the hotel restaurant. There were only two waitresses and they were overwhelmed with too many customers. We were there an hour and our food was cold. They took care of our food bill which was very nice; however, we were still hungry as our food was cold! The waitress was very nice about the situation, but said they were having a hard time staffing the restaurant properly because the business was inconsistent.”

• A person who was not helping us at the front desk gave us a dirty look upon arrival.

“You will like your stay here. Nice atmosphere. Has a pool we did not use. Close by to all shopping. Very beautiful inside. One pitfall was the bathroom is close enough to the entry door to your room. Should the door be open you can see in.”

“We were very surprised at the quality of the hotel. While Asian decor is not our favorite, this was very beautiful; very tastefully done. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean. Unfortunately we were there for only one night but we will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.”

• The shower only had a soap dish therefore my bottle soap and shampoo had to sit on the floor.

“I enjoyed staying there it was comfortable and I felt safe traveling by myself as a female, it would be nice for couples, however I am not to sure on an entire family staying there, because there did not seem to be much for children to do.”

• The food in the Asion Fusion Restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the difference in variety and choice.
• The lobby bar was understaffed. Customers were ignored for a long time before they could get service. The staff needs more training.

“We got what we expected, a unique, attractive and comfortable establishment. We like to stay where we can get a drink and a good meal. We had a restful stay and would definitely stay there again.”

“The whirlpool was great, had the whole room to you. The food in the restaurant was good and the price was average for breakfast, but the service was slow. They must not have enough breakfast cooks for the dining room and room service.”

• The property was in great condition and had an interesting decor.
• The workout facility is below par and unpleasant because of the chlorine odor from the pool.

“We found the hotel to be attractive, clean, and conveniently located. The Tempur-pedic beds were great, and the breakfast buffet was a step above comparable hotels in the area (e.g. Country Inn & Suites) at a reasonable price. The only downside (but a significant one for us) was the workout room. It has only a very few pieces of equipment and, because it is open to the pool, the smell of chlorine is overwhelming.”

• The "wow" factor when you walk into the lobby very cool!
• Lack of parking during the restaurant's busy times.

“An overall excellent experience for a new Holiday Inn. The decor is modern & interesting and manages to be both families friendly and trendy at the same time. It is just off the interstate and easy to get to. The rates are comparable to standard hotels, yet the quality is that of a higher rated hotel.”

• It was new and therefore clean not worn, the bed was comfortable.
• No tub in the bathroom it the shower had a seat that would have been great.

“For the price it was a very nice stay. Unfortunately when I arrived was not feeling well so I was unable to experience a lot of the amenities. It was very clean and comfortable and the location suited us well.”

• The temper pedicel bed was very comfortable and I found the room decor very tasteful with the amenities I expected.
• They seem to be working out the kinks in relation to business travelers. I was unable to access the business center during my stay tech issues.

“Close to I 75 near many places to eat, gas and other amenities. Room was as expected with a comfortable bed, a good sized room frig, nice decor. The lobby was a bit too 'green' while carrying out a frog theme, but the chairs were comfy and the ambience was good. Make sure you have remote access with your sip. Business center connection seems to fritz out often.”
