• Great pool facilities.
• Loud air conditioning.

“Overall, this was a good place. The first impression getting off the elevator was the smell. It didn't have a hotel smell - it smelled strongly of cleaning products. The rooms are a great size and have a pretty good shower. The AC was very loud, had a running water noise all night, and never cooled the room well enough. TV was old and could be updated. Other than that, it was a very clean room, bed was very comfy with clean, fresh sheets, and lobby was very attractive. Pool, jacuzzi, and fitness facilities were excellent.”

• The room was very clean and quiet.
• I had to negotiate with the front desk to get a room with 2 beds.

“The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly. They have a nice indoor pool, and a well appointed lobby. They also have a very convenient business center, and high speed internet connections in every room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“This place was awesome! We loved everything about it! Super clean, fridge in the rooms, housekeeping did a superb job, nice little pool/whirlpool area, fantastic lobby, warm-baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon; we could go on and on and on! Would stay again in a Heartbeat. It even beat some of the "3-star" hotels we have stayed in the past!”

“I booked this hotel for the first night of our family camping trip to avoid the bad weather--what a find! It was beautiful: we didn't get to try out the pool and hot tub (they looked really nice), but the service was terrific and the free Wi-Fi and fireplace in the lounge were great. I would definitely return.”

“Very nice- Didn't have a king bed as asked. So, they upgraded to spa suite at no charge. Made my wife very happy. Only complaint is spa and fan over spa were extremely noisy.”

• The staff was cooperative and friendly and the rooms reflected their good attitudes.
• I have no complaints whatsoever.

“Coming in the door, I was greeted by a very pleasant desk clerk who encouraged me to "come on in and get comfortable" - even offering me a fresh-baked cookie. Instead of that being a single occurrance, it was the way I was treated the entire four-days I was there. The rooms were immaculate, the public areas were also spotless and the staff was always looking for a way to make my stay more comfortable. It was a great hotel for a business traveler, but I'd not hesitate to take my family there as well.”

• Everything was awesome!

“This was a great and convenient place to stay. Very clean, beautiful room with the most comfortable bed ever! Housekeeping and management went above and beyond! We will definitely stay here again as we travel to Greenville quite often!”

• It was quiet, convenient, and the perfect place to get away and relax.
• No continental breakfast like other surrounding hotels.

• Mattresses exceptionally good.
• Didn't clean room on one of the days.

“This is a really excellent choice in the 2.5 star categories, being very well-located to I-85. It's better than 2-star because of the nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi, better lobby facilities and a better quality bed (with multiple pillows). They also get details like newspapers in the morning and cookies in the afternoon (in the lobby) right.”

• The bed was comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast.
• They just redecorated the lobby, but I didn't care for the decor. We did not get shower soap.

“We have stayed in this motel before. Both times it was very satisfactory. The outside is beautiful, with a fountain and nice plantings. Our bed was comfortable; after all, what more could you want?! The breakfast was awesome, too. As a special promotion for the summer, it was free. It was wonderful!”

• The Bed was very comfortable.
• Hot in the lobby and hall areas and offers no inside smoking areas for if it is raining.

“When we got there and turned on the lights at the sink area of the bathroom the switches and lights blew. They began working on it immediately but could not get it fixed. They placed us in another room but this was 4 hours later and then we had to get showers and get ready for a meeting at 7PM which we were late for because we had to wait so long. They should have changed our room immediately and offered either a free day on the next visit to a courtyard or given 1 complimentary day on this trip.”

• The room and hotel were tastefully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable.
• The breakfast was not free and I had to wait 10 minutes before talking to a clerk at the desk.

“The first impression of the hotel was great with a lovely fountain and pretty flowers outside an opulent looking entrance. The marble floors in the lobby and hall looked rich. Although we did not use the pool or exercise room they appeared to be clean. The pool was very small. We did not avail ourselves of the breakfast because it seemed expensive. If I have to pay, I'm not going to pass up fresh Crispy Creme dough nuts and their great coffee when I'm in Greenville. Our bathroom was clean and the shower worked great. The only thing I didn't like about the shower was that it was kind of dark in there when you pulled the shower curtain over. A light in the shower area itself would have been nice. Our room was pretty and the bed was about the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on, and when you come down to it, that's the most important part of a hotel stay--cleanliness and comfort. I give it an "A."”
