“I would stay here again. I was visiting my daughter, a college student at UF. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a good value.” Jun 4, 2009 by
Jerome from Miami Garden,FL
“Not sure about "all" rooms, but mine had a filthy carpet, holes in the bathroom door and a not so sanitized looking tub. I was not happy for the price I paid.” May 19, 2009 by
Ken from Neptune Beach,FL
“I cannot recommend that anyone stay here. It was dirty, the pool was closed, the internet was spotty, and the room smelled heavily of deodorizer, as if to mask smoke. Not a pleasant experience.” Apr 1, 2009 by
Doug from Columbus,NC
“As a businessman I needed to get a good nights sleep. The rooms above and beside my room where full of partying, noisy people and the staff refused to move us. One of the worst stays I've ever had.” Sep 4, 2008 by

“Would not stay here again!” Aug 25, 2008 by
Joe from Belton, TX
“This was my most disappointed experience with hotel, although I have seldom gone down to level 2 star. The same level I have stayed in in other places had much better maintained facilities and a better breakfast. After I got use to it, it was not a bad experience.” Aug 12, 2008 by
Terissa from Jacksonville, FL
“I hate it when hair is able to be seen in bathrooms, on the floors, and baths. It is nauseating. I also hate non fitted sheets being used as the bottom sheet. There were stains on our bed spread. Bedspreads need to be washed after each customer. We asked for an extra blanket and never received it. This hotel has a lot to be improved upon.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Pete from St. Cloud, FL
“Great for business travel. Fast check-in and very friendly staff. Great for business travel. Close to many food and University facilities.” May 19, 2008 by
Donna from Pembroke Pines, FL
“I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. It was dirty, no pool. Trash on the ground.” Mar 4, 2008 by
Orlando from Jacksonville, FL
“In shambles.” Feb 13, 2008 by
Mohammad from Saint Augsuteine, FL
“Hotel is old, it was not clean. Staff is not that good. Overall, it was a bad experience.” Feb 6, 2008 by
Jose from Panama, WY
“The hotel is in great need of a facelift. The main entrance door has a broken handle, and it seems to me that it's probably been like that for months. There is an eerie, lonely and abandoned feeling to the entire property and it seems to be in a not too safe area of town. The room itself was OK (fairly clean). The rooms have outside access only.” Feb 6, 2008 by
Barbara from Valdosta, GA
“We did not stay at this hotel. It was so disgusting I left and stayed at the Holiday Inn. You made money off of me and so did the hotel, even though I did not stay there!” Jun 6, 2007 by
Larry from Hollywood, FL
“Owners need to invest in remodeling the hotel. It looks dirty. Very well located if you are going to do things at the university of Florida.” Aug 17, 2006 by
Yves from Homestead, FL
“I could smell the urine outside of the door. Needless to say when I entered the room reeked of urine. I proceeded to the clerk and checked out of the hotel immediately. The clerk provided me with a document stating that I never stayed at the hotel. I went to another hotel for my stay.” May 31, 2006 by
Tim from Atlanta, GA
“Terrible. Just terrible.” Mar 4, 2006 by
William from Destrehan, LA
“This hotel was just not up to par. The one positive was that it appeared clean. It is an OK place for traveling groups on a strict budget, but not for anyone looking to stay for a length of time. Fortunately, we checked in at 10:30 p.m. and were out by 8:00 a.m. as it was just a place to sleep on a road trip from New Orleans to Disney World” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
