• Good breakfast. Reasonable rates. Convenient location to I-385.
• Nothing to write home about. Had some trouble making local calls the 1st night.

“Complimentary southern breakfast was fast and hit the spot. My room was ok-- nothing extraordinary. Lots of large tour groups use this hotel. Location convenient to interstates. Shuttle service downtown was convenient and saved me money.”

• The staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was great and the parking was free, I had just a little trouble finding the hotel.
• The room could have used a little TLC and I wish the pool had been open.

“I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family, and I will stay their again.”

• What I like most is the friendly and the helpfulness of the staff and the location.
• What disappointed me most was I couldn't go on line with my laptop and that was one of the reason I choose this hotel.

• The breakfast is very good.
• Even thought the beds had new bedspreads and blankets, the walls appeared soiled.

• The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
• The hotel would not give us enough free continental breakfasts to meet our group number. The price for the extra breakfasts was too high!

“This hotel has been our choice when visiting Greenville, sc for the past 10 years. However it is beginning to get run-down and old. The staff is friendly, but the room and appliances are old. We had to deal with a stopped-up drain in the sink and shower this time. It was fixed after we reported it, but the room was not occupant-ready. In addition, we had trouble with getting enough of the advertised "free breakfast" for the number of occupants accommodated and staying in our room. The charge for the extra breakfasts needed was ridiculous considering the room price.”

• Good location.
• Hard to resolve service issues - responsible persons not available. Noisy outside room at night.

“If I return to Greenville, I will investigate other properties for better condition & value. Front desk staff not very helpful.”

• Its location.
• It was noisy at night; the rooms had stains on the walls.

“The room was poorly maintained the heater would over heat the room then cools off to freezing before cycling back on. The hotel was noisy at night lots of noise from people in the parking lot from midnight till two am. The hot breakfast was any thing but hot. The steam table must have been broken because all of the food was Luke warm.”

• Excellent breakfast.
• Rooms need more improvement / smoke smell.

“The hotel is in an excellent location, breakfast was very nice, attendance from staff was very nice but the rooms need to be better work-carpet looked brand new though. We are not a smoking family and wished non-smoking rooms were never given to smokers-strict rule.”
