• Convenient to restaurants, college.
• Hotel was dirty, rooms were tiny and not at all comfortable.

“This place was a dump from every angle. It smelled so bad
I had to hold my nose to walk down the hallway. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.”

• Clean good location for college access, good value.
• Rear security door was broken and open all night.

“I stayed at this hotel when dropping my daughter off at college. It was easy to find and convenient to the school. The room was clean and carpet and paint were new. I only stayed in the room for a total of 10 hours but it was quiet at night and was a comfortable place to sleep. It was a good value and included breakfast. There were dogs in the hotel so I assume they allow pets. They did not bother me but careful if you are allergic. I will stay here again when I return for move-in/move-out.”

• Close to restaurants.
• The mattresses were much too hard to sleep on; we were tossing all night long.

“The tight staircase seemed too confining. The location is decent but parking is horrible! There couldn't possibly be enough parking for the guests especially since it is so close to the interstate and many travelers are hauling trailers or something similar. We had to park illegally and pray that no one hit our rental.”

• Y only liked the location next to the freeway.
• The service was awful, no soap-no shampoo in the rooms, they didn't changed the beds in two days, kind of smell like humid.

“Our experience was totally awful, from the beginning until the end, first of all at the lobby we find out the health department closed the breakfast area, we saw the sticker attach to the door and also I went to the lobby a couple of times asking for towels, and soap, and they never bring the soap, I have to go again to get the soap and the shampoo, also I ask why they didn¿t changed the beds (fresh clean linen) and didn't fixed and they said that they only do that every 3 days stay, and we only have 2 day stay, I got in shocked when the lobby attendant told me that, we only stay there 'cause we couldn't find any other hotel in Gainesville (graduation weekend), and is our first time in a super motel 8 and out last time for sure. When I ask the lobby attendant about the breakfast included she said she couldn't ask that question for the moment, so the overall was a totally disaster.”

• Rooms were nice and clean.
• No indoor pool.

“The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the free breakfast especially the waffles.”
