• I didn't like anything about this hotel room at all.
• I was charged extra for a non smoking room. I was charged extra because I needed a handicap room.

“Do not utilize this hotel. If you paid established rate,don't. They charged me more for a non smoking room and charged me more for a handicap room. Why should a person who chooses not to smoke and is handicap be charged more? The staff was uncaring, unprofessional and were not helpful at all.”

• Exterior was nice.

“The bathroom was very small, probably to make room for the kitchenette area which we didn't use. There was really nowhere to eat if you did decide to utilize the kitchen. Instead of the usual small table/desk and chairs, there was a recliner. Not a good experience at all.”

“Remember it is an extended stay hotel; therefore, there is no daily maid service, shampoos and blow dryers. Clean rooms and kitchen area, accessible to highway and many restaurants.”

“Everything was great except the front desk person kept my credit card when I checked in. No one called me to tell me, I just happened to notice it was missing the next day and had to go back to the hotel to get it.”

• Liberal pet policy. Non-smoking rooms. All Extended Stay are brand new now, but no staff means they'll probably deteriorate to roach motels within 10 yrs.
• Not a hotel, an efficiency apartment house. No staff, pool, restaurant, or public spaces.

“It wasn't what I expected, but it was worth the price. I wish I had known ahead of time that the room was an efficiency with kitchenette, because I would have brought something to cook with me. I expected a pool.”

• Our room was large with a full kitchen.
• No toilet paper in room, housekeeping issues.

“We arrived back at the hotel to find the room next to us. Intentionally left open with all the drawers and cabinets open and lights on. Being that it was 3 a.m. I was a little nervous that something happened. We secured the room and then blocked our door with a chair, just in case. The housekeeping staff neglected to leave toilet paper in out room. The hotel staff did not feel it was important enough to ensure toilet paper was supplied in the room upon return. Also, after our second night in the bed, we found a peanut in the sheets. We did not have any peanuts with us nor did we eat peanuts. Wonder how that ended up in our sheets!”

• Very nice for a few days stay but not an overnight.
• Having to pay extra for a double bed.

“The hotel was real nice, employees called about 15 mins after I got settled into the room, too find out if everything was ok. The only thing that I did not like was that there was no shampoo in the room, and all others that I have stayed in have so I had to go find a wal-mart or other store to get it. It is a wonderful place to stay if you are planning to stay for a few days, but for an overnight it is a bit much. I would stay there again.”

“Overall good experience, with the kitchen (fridge, microwave freezer refrigerator it was almost a shame I only needed to be there one day. A pool would have been nice but I understand that this is a business traveler oriented place. Would certainly stay again if I needed to. Make sure you bring shampoo, lotions etc all they provided was 2 bars of soap.”

“This hotel does not change the towels or make your bed on a daily basis. They only do this once every 7 days. If you are only staying one day then that is fine. We stayed two days and had to go to the office to get clean towels and had to make our own beds and empty our own trash cans. This was not what I expected. I was traveling with my 11 year old son and could not get a room with two beds. We had to get a room with one Queen size bed.”

“Staff was inexperienced. TV was very small and 2 remotes did not work. Walls were made of cardboard because traffic noise was so loud. I could not even turn on the TV without the next room complaining. Bed had a cheap mattress. Very uncomfortable.”

• I felt as if I was staying in someone's apartment and not a hotel room. The kitchen gave it a very homey and familiar feeling.
• I could hear everything through the walls not very sound proof. I could hear all the traffic noises from nearby streets and expressways.

“When I first arrived finding the office for check in was a little confusing. There was not enough indication as to where it is. Coffee for guests or a little treat would have been nice in the office. However the greeting from the staff was welcoming and pleasant. Overall the kitchen in the rooms were there for you to personalize, but when it came time to sleep, the peace and quiet just was not there.”

• The staff was young and unfriendly.

“The room was not really in good shape. The bathroom walls needed cleaning badly. The bed was so hard we were all stiff the next day. This will definitely not be one that I recommend or stay at again. Its definitely not a 2 1/2 star hotel.”

• Having a kitchen and being able to purchase wireless internet access was very convenient.
• They didn't provide shampoo or dishwashing soap. Also, it didn't have a pool, which would have been nice since we were in Florida.

“This was a great hotel, especially since there was a kitchen. Our room was very clean. We only stayed 3 nights, so having housekeeping clean the room would have cost extra (they only clean if you stay more that 7 days, but you're able to get fresh towels at the front desk). The main thing missing was a swimming pool, and they didn't provide shampoo or dishwashing soap. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.”

“This hotel has no swimming pool in central Florida. This was a big disappointment. Additionally, the place has no amenities such as a lobby or meeting area - not even a bench on the grass outside. The room was ok for a low budget place but was not at all what I expected when I booked.”

• It was right by the interstate.
• They had given me a single queen bed but I needed double occupancy, two beds, and they could not accommodate.

“I was very unhappy with the fact that it was to be a double occupancy room and there ended up being only one queen bed. I needed a room with double beds and they were unable to accommodate or upgrade my room. I was very dissatisfied and had to go out and purchase an air mattress from the local Wal-Mart store in order to work it out.”
