“Avoid if you can. The staff checked us into someone else's room, much to the surprise of the woman that was already inside. After we were placed in second room which was absolutely filthy, another family was double booked for our room.” May 5, 2009 by
Jessica from Miami,FL
“We were not happy with the overall cleanliness of the hotel.” Feb 24, 2009 by
Sara from Neptune Beach,FL
“When we first arrived and when we were checking out, we had to go find someone to help us as there was no one at the desk. When handing over the key, he loudly stated the room number while there were two strange and shady looking men standing nearby. The towels were very thin and scratchy, the room was in disrepair and noisy.” Aug 3, 2008 by
Fred from Jacksonville, FL
“The hotel is being converted to vacation condos. The location is very difficult to locate and access, requiring several one-way streets an u-turns through a lot of traffic. There are virtually no amenities. Rooms are dirty and have not been upgraded since the hotel was constructed. Staff is minimal and the doors from the lobby to the hotel outside walk are locked for security purposes. I had to walk across the grass with my luggage to get to my room. My room was obviously a smoking room at some time, as the smell of smoke was quite pungent.” Jul 24, 2008 by

“The hotel was ok. I am not likely to stay there again. My overall opinion of the hotel was a disappointment.” Nov 26, 2007 by

“The hotel is in the process of change but did very little to accommodate people in the mean time. There is no signage and their address on map programs doesn't put you at the entrance so I had to call the front desk and tell me how to get there. Apparently I wasn't the first to do this. Most things in the room were stained: the walls, carpet, lampshades, the chairs ripped. The bed linens were clean but I had to smell the towels before I used them because one had a terrible odor. When I got out of the shower the water was standing up beyond my ankles. I thought I would go out on a limb and try to find a nice non-major-chain hotel but I gambled and lost.” Jan 7, 2007 by
Julie from Charleston, SC
“We stayed here on our way to port Canaveral and it was a good break along the way. It was a basic motel, but there is green space for kids to run, breakfast was a full buffet, the room was clean, and while we didn't use the internet it was good to know it was there. While it is a bit hard to find because it is latterly behind the holiday inn, the area has several restaurants and a mall about two blocks away.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
