• They were very helpful and met our needs. By opening the breakfast bar early on the weekends for the kids.
• No pets allowed.

“They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They opened up the breakfast bar earlier than normal for the kids had to be at a sporting event early in the morning. Very helpful.”

• The room was clean & the morning desk associate was very pleasant & helpful.
• They gave us a handicapped bathroom though we did not request one. I had to shower by holding the water sprayer. I hated this!

“Close to i-75, the room was small but clean. I only have one complaint...they gave us a room with a handicapped bathroom, which I didn't think would be a problem, but it was. I had to hold the water sprayer myself in order to shower. Very inconvenient! I would recommend you ask for another room if you do not need handicapped access.”

• Breakfast was very well done.
• It is right on the highway and the room was noisy.

“The hotel is clean and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice continental breakfast with some hot foods too. The hotel is right next to interstate 75 and you can hear traffic.”

• Hard to find at first.

“When we checked in the room had a clogged toilet but the motel easily changed our rooms. when checking out my wife said that the clerk was slightly rude.”

“First time ever staying at a court yard Marriott I didn't know they had doors exposed to the outside. I lucked out and had a 3rd room floor and wasn't facing the busy highway. Didn't feel safe though traveling with 3 young children. Wish the hotel was in a more secure location. Seemed to attract some seedy characters (I kept a close eye on my kids in the pool). Can't recommend it.”

• The rooms on the interstate side are noisy. Recommend requesting a room on the opposite side.

• Convenient to Interstate. Near eating places. Clean.
• Near I-75. Could throw a rock to the highway pretty easily.

• Rooms very nicely decorated, very inviting, nice breakfast buffet.
• Location of elevator, only one at front of hotel, lots of walking for handicapped as myself I had to walk a long distance to my room on 2nd floor.

• We were placed in a smoking room. It was late and did not feel like changing rooms.

“It was convenient. Nice hotel. We had two twin beds which was perfect. However, the room was a smoking room which we did not like. We did not feel like taking the time to change rooms since it was late. Also, the tv did not get all the channels. The coaxial cable was damaged. We were in room 201.”

“I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was very unclean, my shower had hairs in it. The hotel itself wasn't in good condition. Ice machines located poorly. This was the worst hotel we stayed at on our trip by far. Fairfield Inn and Marriot should be ashamed.”

• Very noisy all night - too close to the interstate.

“Motel was adequate and the price was good. Only main objection was that it is located VERY close to I-75 - a VERY busy interstate - and was, therefore, very noisy all night. Do your best to be located on the side opposite the interstate.”

• Had to sleep in same bed with another lady, would not allow us to select dbl. beds

“Besides having to have the king size bed - even for two people of the same sex - as far as I could see the hotel was NOT filled to capacity while I stayed there. Also I was given a handicapped room, which meant the bed was very low to the ground, both of us were disappointed with the room and won't stay there again when in Gainesville.”

“This motel does not live up to the Fairfield name. The pool was not operational for over two months even though the motel description said it had a pool, and this is the reason why I wanted this motel. ”

• I was given one of the shabbier not yet renovated rooms.

“Hotel is a bit difficult to get to, but once you figure it out, it's convenient. Extensive renovations are going on at the hotel.”

• The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
• Pain on carpets, beds had smaller sheets, phone was ripped out of wall, no alarm clock.

“The hotel itself did not mirror a Fairfield inn by Marriott image at all. This hotel was more in line with a 1 star
than a 2 star. I was very disappointed. The one strong feature was the staff who were very friendly and courteous. I did not have an alarm clock in my room. The first room they had me in
was ripped out of the wall so I requested to be moved.”

• Standard motel, expensive for my bid but the area is expensive anyway. Beds not comfortable

“There is nothing very good or bad about this hotel. It is out of the way and although easy to see from the freeway hard to get to. I did not hear traffic although we had a bottom leval freeway facing room. The breakfast was nice with a selection of muffins and pastries. They had a pool which was not heated and filled with leaves. It did not stop my kids from swimming in it though! This reminds me more of a motel 6 in style and amenities.”

“Fairfield Inn is a little hard to get too if arriving after dark. It's on a service road next to the highway and if you're not careful you'll end up back on the highway but the quality is about what I expected. The front desk clerk insisted that I had to take a king bed.”

• Under renovation: tiolet in room did not work. Maintance did not show up after being asked a few times. Deadbolt on room door was broken. Wet carpet.

“This Hotel was under renovation. It should not have been open. My toilet in the room did not work. Maintance did not show up even though I asked a few times. We had to use the lobby's restrooms. The elevator was broken. I was on the third floor with a very large suitcase. The staff did not offer to help carry luggage knowing that the elevator was broken. There were big wet spots on the carpet. We kept our shoes on in the room to avoid wet feet. The deadbolt on the room door did not work.”

• The 2nd flr. rooms are a little less nicer than the 1st floor

“Hotel is fairly nicely decorated, the grounds are kept well, the staff is very nice to deal with, and there is always free coffee brewing or tea for the guests. As for the housekeeping people, not sure if they understand english very well, but, there was definitely something wrong there. A tip is given as a gratitude for a service provided, we left a tip and asked for extra towels, but,the tip was taken & the towels never arrived.The rooms are decorated in a fairly nice way and are for the most part, clean and well kept..”

“The price was good but the rooms were being remodeled and no pictures in rooms and paint being stripped etc and in between stages on room and this was not mentioned. The desk staff was friendly but the housekeeper knocked on door at 930 am when the do not disturb sign was out. The place seemed to be recently renamed or something it did not at all seem like the quality of Fairfield inns we have stayed at before.”

• My door did not dead bolt and there was dirt on the carpet and in the tub.

“I was totally appalled by this hotel. After traveling for over 7 hours and unpacking, I was unable to bolt my door. Room clerk did not respond in a timely manner to my request. Finally changed my room to a room that had dirt on the carpet and in the tub.”
