• The outside is attractive.
• Bathroom walls had mildew. Staff was notified. Nothing was done. We had to get Clorox and do it ourselves.

“This hotel was a disappointment to us. The location was north of Johnson City. Our son lives several exits south. The mildew on the bathroom walls was gross. We reported it to the front desk and asked that it be cleaned. Came back to room and it was still there. I luckily had thought to buy some Clorox and we sprayed it on the walls. It took care of the mildew. The rooms had a strong pungent smell. Like too much cleaning stuff was put into carpet.”

• Spacious room with nickel-finish faucet handles, comfortable bed and refrigerator and microwave. Orange/apple juice all day in lobby.
• Hotel exceeded expectations.

“Jameson Inn exceeded expectations. Room was clean and spacious, with upgraded nickel-finish faucet handles, comfortable bed, with microwave and refrigerator provided. Orange/apple juice provided throughout day in lobby. Deluxe continental breakfast with biscuits/gravy and Belgian waffles. Will definitely stay here if in area again.”

• Newly decorated
• Rooms not clean.

“It took four rooms before I was given an acceptable room. Two rooms were not clean and another was not secure- the lock was broken. When I finally settled into the fourth room, the supplied shampoo bottle was opened and mostly empty. I will not willingly stay in a Jameson Inn again.”

• No micro/fridge in room.

“2nd weekend stay at hotel very disappointed with there not being micro/fridge in rooms Jameson's should have micro fridge in the room as nice as they are and for the star level 2 star, economy's have micro fridge's other than that extremely nice check in staff!”

• The bed comfort was excellent.
• The breakfast bar was not attended very well and we had to seek service.

“Jameson Inn is very clean and comfortable. It is close to restaurants and within 10 minutes of most everything in JC.”
