• Conveniently located near family and friends, good continental breakfast.
• Room had a slightly unpleasant odor and carpet was damp from being shampooed.

“This is not a bad selection for a local hotel at all. It is conveniently located between Inverness and Crystal River. The grounds were in good shape and the staff was friendly. The mattresses are in need of being replaced and the carpets had just been shampooed but it left the room very damp and smelling a little unpleasant.”

“Crumbs on bedside nightstand. tissue box empty in bathroom. Hair in tub. Mattres was crap.”

• Location.
• Everything is old, chairs are stained, clean but needs updating.

“We stayed because of location to family; this hotel has gone down hill since we stayed there two years ago. Sadly in need of renovations and updating of bedding and furniture. We probably will avoid this in the future if changes are not made.”
