• Had a nice swimming pool and hot tub.
• Didn't offer wireless.

“Very nice and clean. The room was spacious. Although a modem was available to connect, I would have preferred wireless. The pool, hot tub and workout areas were terrific. The breakfast looked good, but was a little pricey for what is given for free in other motels.”

• The hotel accommodated my request for 2 double beds.
• To make wake up call, you call certain # & its all automated with promps.

“Upon arrival, very friendly. Wall Street Journal and USA Today newspaper free to guests during weekday. Very clean, beds extremely comfortable. Very roomy, Large Bath area.”

• Pleasant decor.
• Breakfast was not good for a M. Courtyard. Limited selection, and unappetizing.

“Very nice, clean, comfortable mattress. We found the woman at the check in to be rude. She did not greet us with a sour face, which is very unusual at a front desk.”

• Very clean and attractively decorated.
• Personnel not very friendly, but didn't need to interact with them much.

“Hotel was very clean and decorated beautifully. Pool area was kept nice and fresh towels were available. Hotel personnel were not very warm, but didn't have to interact with them too much; there was nothing to complain about.”

• The staff was attentive and solved problems rapidly.
• Room had to be changed.

“The hotel over all was great. The staff was nice and the room was cleaned and kept clean. We did not have to ask for anything. Except we had to change rooms after the first night. We were put in an adjoining room and spent the whole night up listening to the occupants next door. I asked to be moved and was without any problem.”

  spacious rooms.
• Location next to busy highway.

“This hotel had clean large rooms with refrigerator. Convenient to spacious lobby with comfortable seating and large fireplace. Cozy and comfortable. Room had couch, coffee table and desk as well as good sized TV. Downside was location with view of highway or shopping plaza.”

• Large room, big bed.
• No place to print anything, told a wrong price for my breakfast.

“For parents with kids at Denison, this is a convenient place to stay. Staff could have been a bit more knowledgeable about things like how to use the printer, what breakfast costs, and so on. But overall, convenient quiet and clean.”

• It was quiet and clean. Staff very helpful in providing us directions
• Did not offer a continental breakfast, nor was the breakfast that was offered (at an additional cost) early enough for our schedule.

“Easy to find, clean and quiet. Nice pool area. Does not offer complimentary breakfast, and the breakfast that is offered begins at 7am. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was good stay.”

• Cleanliness, roominess, new bed linens.
• Could have gotten discount at local restaurant for dinner but wasn't told by hotel staff until afterwards. Did not like paying for breakfast.

“This is the cleanest hotel I¿ve stayed in for quite some time. The roominess of the bath and bedroom areas was wonderful. It was very easy to find and restaurants were nearby. I would stay here again if in the area.”

“The Marriott Courtyard was always a reliable place to stay when I traveled extensively on business. Now I am retired, I was pleased to stay there again. The hotel was a perfect place to return to after a stressful visit with an ill relative. The Newark Courtyard was fairly new and perfectly maintained. The room was plush with high quality beds and pillows.”

• Very comfortable, clean room with small exercise room and indoor pool.
• Can't think of any during my stay.

“Definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers. Comfortable "3-sheet" bed with lots of pillows. Small balcony off room was a welcome retreat to enjoy the spring evening. Nice size desk with free high speed Internet access was a welcome amenity for keeping in-touch with the home office. Very courteous staff!”

• Quiet, peaceful, quick and easy breakfast, open concept vending with alcohol.
• No signage for the breakfast, explaining how it works.

“The Texas Roadhouse next door was very convenient. The room was very nice as well as all activity centers (pool area, exercise room, lobby).”

• No Continental, But breakfast buffet, pantry and McD's were available

“Stayed at hotel for business, sight unseen. I arrived on Sunday afternoon, went to my room and was quite pleased. The room was spotless, nice size TV, Clean bathroom, nice A/C. I stayed for a week, room was spotless everynight when I arrived back. Staff was helpful and lobby was inviting. Nice pool and hot tub area. Highly reccommend if you are in the Newark/Heath area. ”

“The location next to the bike path made it ideal for bike enthusiasts. The rooms were large, and the furniture was comfortable. The desk had a high speed access port for the Internet. The pool and jacuzzi area was very clean and well kept. The lobby was warm and inviting.”

“Very nice hotel, clean, near interstate, was close to Longaberger facilities and that is reason we chose that area. Would be nice if continental breakfast was included in price as other hotels we have stayed have offered light breakfast (fruit, waffles, juice, etc.) for free.”

• The elevator is slow (Possessed?) and some rooms didn't have a spigot for running a bath, only a shower.

“Generally my stay was enjoyable. The room was very nice (the free DSL was fast and easy to use), the location was great (right off Rt. 16), and there were no hassles or bad attitudes. My only complaints are: (1) they closed the breakfast/brunch buffet 30 minutes before the listed closing time and didn't offer to serve us anyway; and (2) I left a few articles of clothing in the room and management/housekeeping was not the least bit accommodating.”
