• Large bathroom and continental breakfast.
• Phone directives don't work.

“This was a delightful place to stay. My husband was on business and I traveled with him. The pool facilities were lovely, breakfast delicious, room very accommodating and we were pleased with our stay. Very nice fitness room also.”

• It was clean and the bathroom was very nice as well. The bed was roomy and it was easy to check in and out.
• Could have used a whirlpool tub in our room.

• Checking in and out was easier.
• Unless you left the bathroom door open there was no heat source to the bathroom.

“My husband and I had a really nice stay here. It was easy to get to from the interstate. The bed was comfy and the free Wi-Fi was a big plus. Everything was very enjoyable.”

• Very attractive looking and clean.

“This hotel was clean and attractive from the outside and the inside was as well. The staff was friendly and the room was a good size as well. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Really no complaints to speak of. It's very close (5-10 minutes) to everything in Asheville.”

• Convenient to interstate.
• Small room, hard mattresses.

“Adequate if you don't plan on spending much time in the room. No place to comfortably sit besides the bed. A small desk and office chair were squeezed in with a straight chair tucked in a corner. OK for a quick shower and straight to bed. Old style heating/cooling system that was very noisy.”

• Great breakfast included. Pet friendly. Clean. Attractive room.
• Could have had a king bed instead of 1 double bed in our room.

“Went to Biltmore and hotel was great for stay. Spent 2 nights with fiance and 2 yorkies. They even had room to play in room. It was a great experience for the price.”

• Friendly, helpful staff.
• Carpet was very dirty; bed needs to be replaced.

“Overall the stay was quite nice. Staff was friendly & efficient, continental breakfast (hot food!) was delicious and it was convenient to attractions. However, the carpet in room was filthy & needed shampooing. The bed was very uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. Otherwise, it was a good experience.”

• Convenient to all highways that lead to all places of interest. A special view of the mountains every morning was wonderful and relaxing.
• The carpet in room was very dirty so that when one walked on it one's feet turned black!

“In general, it was a pleasurable stay. The continental breakfast was hot and fast so that we could be on our way. Hotel staff was very helpful.”

• Everything looked like it had just been painted and redone/ pool looked great.
• Parking lot was tight. We had a pick up truck. It was difficult to maneuver in the space.

“We only stayed one night. When we checked in our room was very dirty, they were in the process of cleaning it I suppose but we had to get ready for a wedding in a dirty room so that was the only negative. When we returned everything was very clean.”

• They offered a full breakfast which made it easy and convenient for a mother of 3.
• The rooms were incredibly small.

“The hotel was in a safe area just outside of downtown Asheville just a 10 minute drive to local restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and check in was prompt upon our arrival.”

• It had a two person jetted tub!!! Love it!
• The bed has a little uncomfortable.

• Rooms were nicely updated with a whirlpool.

“The hotel did not have curb appeal, however, the rooms were newly remodeled and we had a whirlpool tub and complimentary breakfast was better than many more upscale hotels. I would stay again.”

• Parking lot was very cramped.

“This hotel really didn't seem like a two-star hotel. One member of staff wasn't very friendly, rooms had outside entry, no elevators, just stairs, parking lots were almost inaccessibly cramped. Price was very high for the quality, preceding week I had motel at approximately 60% of price in better location, cleaner, friendlier.”

• Hot breakfast was great. Very close to the interstate.
• Pool was closed the entire time & the male desk worker is not helpful.

“We enjoyed our stay but we were very disappointed that the pool was closed. When we asked we were told that it's still too cold to open, but the local temps were well into the 80's for at least 2 weeks. Not a lot of parking if the hotel is full.”

• The cleanliness habits of the staff serving breakfast.

“I was pleased with almost all the aspects of my trip. The people at the front desk were courteous and helpful in giving directions. The price was reasonable. The hotel was on a busy intersection and located close to railroad tracks, but the noise level was very low.”

“They sell Biltmore Estate Tickets, and the rooms are Brand New. The hotel is one of the nicest in Asheville, I know, I've stayed at many.

Book early, it is sometimes hard to get a room on the weekend.”
