  • Everything looked like it had just been painted and redone/ pool looked great.
  • Parking lot was tight. We had a pick up truck. It was difficult to maneuver in the space.

“We only stayed one night. When we checked in our room was very dirty, they were in the process of cleaning it I suppose but we had to get ready for a wedding in a dirty room so that was the only negative. When we returned everything was very clean.”

  • The breakfast was good!
  • The parking!

“The hotel was nice, but the parking was not very good, for the side of the hotel were we stayed. The hotel was clean.”

  • They offered a full breakfast which made it easy and convenient for a mother of 3.
  • The rooms were incredibly small.

“The hotel was in a safe area just outside of downtown Asheville just a 10 minute drive to local restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and check in was prompt upon our arrival.”

  • It had a two person jetted tub!!! Love it!
  • The bed has a little uncomfortable.

“The hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will probably stay at this hotel again when we return for another visit to Asheville.”

  • Rooms were nicely updated with a whirlpool.
  • Exterior entrances.

“The hotel did not have curb appeal, however, the rooms were newly remodeled and we had a whirlpool tub and complimentary breakfast was better than many more upscale hotels. I would stay again.”

  • It provided a place to stay overnight.
  • Parking lot was very cramped.

“This hotel really didn't seem like a two-star hotel. One member of staff wasn't very friendly, rooms had outside entry, no elevators, just stairs, parking lots were almost inaccessibly cramped. Price was very high for the quality, preceding week I had motel at approximately 60% of price in better location, cleaner, friendlier.”

  • Hot breakfast was great. Very close to the interstate.
  • Pool was closed the entire time & the male desk worker is not helpful.

“We enjoyed our stay but we were very disappointed that the pool was closed. When we asked we were told that it's still too cold to open, but the local temps were well into the 80's for at least 2 weeks. Not a lot of parking if the hotel is full.”

  • It had all the amenities.
  • The cleanliness habits of the staff serving breakfast.

“I was pleased with almost all the aspects of my trip. The people at the front desk were courteous and helpful in giving directions. The price was reasonable. The hotel was on a busy intersection and located close to railroad tracks, but the noise level was very low.”

“They sell Biltmore Estate Tickets, and the rooms are Brand New. The hotel is one of the nicest in Asheville, I know, I've stayed at many.

Book early, it is sometimes hard to get a room on the weekend.”
