• I loved the comfort level of the beds.
• I don't like the perfumed soap. Should just have Ivory soap.

“Overall this hotel was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. The only real issue I had was the soap is a little harsh for my baby and I'm sure for others. The staff was great and so was the morning breakfast it was both tasty and filling.”

• The room layout with the corner bedroom and the walkthrough closet was awesome. Full size fridge!
• The sign out front is almost nonexistent. We missed the turn off every time and had to circle around to find it.

“Well worth the effort to find the hotel. I will stay there again when next I am in Tampa.”

• Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own dinner.
• Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable.

• Very spacious room and located close to airport, staff very helpful, fabulous breakfast.
• Did not have a free shuttle to and from airport.

• Really good free breakfast. Free beer and wine on movie night.
• No view.

“This is a business class hotel. Modest room with mini kitchen. Their breakfast was much bigger than expected. They had meet and great with free beer, wine, snacks and movie night. They also had a free bib night at the pool. If you give them your grocery list they will do your shopping for you. This is a great place for kids.”

• Nice décor.
• The free breakfast was o.k. But it could be a lot better.

“I was so pleased with our studio and with everything. The staff went out of their way to help us. I forgot my wallet and needed my identification to get on my flight. One of the staff came to the airport picked up my husband and went back to the hotel to get my I¿d. And brought him back to the airport. It does not get more helpful than that.”

• The size of the room.
• It was extremely hard to find even with directions.

“Residence inns are always very nice. I have only one complaint about this one and that is that it was very difficult to find even with directions. It is on a street that turns into another street after the turnpike ends. I don't think we ever found out how we were "supposed" to go.”

• It was ALL good. Absolutely no complaints.

“Everything about this hotel was excellent: the pool was clean, the room had lovely furniture and design, breakfast and a happy hour were included and the staff answered all my questions about how to find locations in Tampa. I wish all hotels were like this.”

• It was convenient, clean, and accommodated my needs.
• I was near dumpster. When the trash truck came at 4:00 A.M., it woke me up. The air conditioner was noisy.

“The location was convenient to the places I needed to go. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of pillows on the bed, and other amenities The pool area looked nice, though I didn't use it. The staff were very responsive to questions and gave me good advice and directions.”

• Carpet was being installed in lobby.

• The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was scrumptious. Computers are assessable
• The breakfast room was always too cold. A car is needed. Except for a restaurant nearby, walking in the area was not safe.

“Quiet, clean and spacious rooms. Pool, Jacuzzi spa, exercise room were all clean. The breakfast room was to chilly but a delicious hot/cold breakfast each morning made up for it. Coffee was available in the lobby throughout the day. Staff was friendly and very helpful Every part of our stay was felt as private, safe and secure. This is not a place to stay if you want to take an easy stroll due to heavy traffic surrounding the area. A taxi is needed to get to the mall across the street. Otherwise, our stay at the Residence Inn was most comfortable and will be a pleasure to stay here when we return to Tampa.”

• So comfortable and business friendly. A great sitting area, extremely comfortable bed
• Waited over 15 minutes for hot food to be replaced at breakfast, then just left.

“This is a very clean, extremely comfortable hotel, excellent for the business traveler who needs to work from the hotel room.”

• Included breakfast was a nice touch. Close to restaurants. Nice room.
• Lots of families caused the breakfast staff to be overloaded and crowed.

“Nice hotel nice pool very nice room. Easy to get to. Good location. Surprised at the number of families. Good breakfast and newspapers. Very clean.”

• I liked the layout of the suites, separating the sleeping quarter from the "living" area.
• Parking was a small problem.

“I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel accommodated all my needs from laundry to just having a nice peaceful place to get away!”

“"Studio" room was large L-shaped room with full kitchen, bigger than usual sofa, very clean and quiet. Several restaurant chains in the immediate area, very close to International Plaza and a few minutes from West Shore Plaza. Five minutes from the airport and stadium.”

• Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Saved the cost of a meal for 4.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great and save the expense of a meal. My children love I HOP but they enjoyed this breakfast much better.”

• Loved the breakfast buffet! Loved the homey feeling room with full kitchen, living room and bedroom.
• It would have been nice to have another queen sized bed, or queen sleeper for the kids.

“This was a very lovely hotel, close to the airport and downtown area of Tampa. The mall was right across the street. The pool area was nicely landscaped. They had a full breakfast buffet with hot and cold items and a good variety of fruit.”

• Convenience to the places that I was going, proximity to Interstate.
• The beds were too ,too soft

“Overall it was a great place to stay. The bed was too soft but the other accomadations were great. There was a mall close by, the interstate access was convenient, downtown was easy to access. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had a good variety. The staff was always friendly and helpful.”

• The room had a kitchen which helped on expenses
• They charged my card $125.00 which from up some of my funds available

“The hotel was great and I would stay there again, but I didn't like the way they froze up some of my available funds. They said it was a mix up that they were charging me for the room. They fixed it though.”
