• Good location, and lots of free parking.

• The bed was very soft and comfortable. The pillows were also just as soft.
• I didn't the shower head in the shower it was very old.

“This hotel was nice overall. The bed and the pillows were very soft and comfy. The room was very nice. Although the shower was very dark and the shower head was old. Another plus is that there was free parking and they had a parking deck.”

• Central location, quiet rooms, and most comfortable bed I've slept on ( would have stolen it if it fit through the door.
• Had to walk through past conference room to get to the lobby from the door closest to parking lot.

“Hotel was clean,quiet,and centrally located (right off of 275). Took me 10 minutes to get to Busch Gardens and 5 minutes to I-4. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it behind. I was concerned about it being so close to the airport & highway, but didn't hear a single plane or car from my room, which faced the highway. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Mall/movie theater within walking distance. Rooms were not fancy but very clean and AC was quiet & efficient. I will stay there again.”

• Location was good one staff member got lost after server us, and when I left a note to leave extra cofee and cream all I did not get it.
• The cleaning women was not friendly and waitress had a different agenda.

• Beautiful, clean and great staff.

“We had never heard of Quorum prior to this stay and loved everything about it. There are many inferior hotels out there (we travel over 1/2 the year) and this one is a wonderful exception.”

“Carpet and sofas in lobby were soiled and dirty and tables were marked and had crumbs etc on them even first thing in the morning. Rooms with sticky carpets, poor quality linens.”

• Lobby and bar was very nice.
• Small room.

“The room was small but nice. Only one light in the bathroom made taking a shower very dark. You could hang meat in the hallway leading to the room. Parking and driving entrances were a challenge. Beautiful pool area although the hottub was out of order when I decided to go in.”

• They did not fully address the water problem in my room. Hot water keeps on coming out and all they can tell me is that there seem to be no problem.

“I have stayed in this hotel last year. The only difference I saw was that they have changed their television to flat panels. Anyhow, I had problem with their water. Hot water keeps on coming out from the cold faucet, I have to wait literally at least 3 minutes to have the cold water come, I have called them the front lobby at least 3 times and all they can say is that there's seems to be no problem. They don't seem to address the problem at all. If they wanted to waste water so be it but there are a number of us who do care and do not want to waste water waiting for the cold water to come out. Also, I do not have 3 minutes to spare each time I want to wash my hands or face.”

• Free parking.
• Fire alarm at 2 a.m. -- evacuation required.

“It was a nice place, but the lobby seemed a bit worn. There were many college students staying at the hotel, but they were well mannered. However, the 2 a.m. evacuation of the hotel because of a small fire was certainly an inconvenience.”

• My room was very clean, with a fresh smell. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

“When I walked into the lobby, I was very impressed by the cleanliness as well as the formality of the decor. The staff was very friendly, and when I went to my room, I was greeted by a wonderful room, full of Bath and Body works personal hygiene supplies. The room was fresh, and at a very comfortable temperature. The bed was wonderful; the bathroom was perfect, clean tub and toilet. This hotel also is going green, and looks to conserve in great ways. I will definitely visit this hotel again!”

• Someone trying to reach me was unable to.

“I come to Tampa to drop off or pickup my granddaughter and only stay a short time. I have been thrilled to find this excellent place in my price range and wish I could stay longer.”

• Hotel was clean, quiet and has good location.
• Room service was not dependable.

“This hotel was nice. It is not worth the price. It was clean and staff was ok. Restaurant was not 3 star quality but food was decent. My only complaint was that I preordered breakfast the night before. The sign said please left your breakfast order hanging on the door knob outside your door by 2 am. I hung it out at 11 pm the night before and when I woke up the next morning it was still sitting on my door. No one bothered to check my door for the order and I had no breakfast in the morning. By the time I realized that they were not coming, it was too late for me to even have breakfast. I was not a happy camper.”

• Had problems with the in-room internet service, only bar food for dinner.

“I thought that this was a good hotel for business travelers, especially for the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet despite being next to a busy highway. Location was great, close to major highways, the airport, shopping and restaurants. I only wish they had a better selection for room service for dinner, all that was available was "bar food.".”

• Very nice. Granite, LCD TV, mini fridge, etc.
• The parking could be better.

“While driving up to the hotel, it seemed like just another hotel. After parking and walking to the front desk to check in I noticed the elegance of the granite flooring and table/deck/counters. It looked nice. The staff was courteous and expedited my check in. Opening the room door I found myself looking at a flat panel LCD TV. That wasn't what I expected to see in this nicely priced room, but none the less I'll take it :). The bathroom was well organized, and in it hung a framed painting. It brought a calmness to the room. I don't personally care to have a painting in the can, you know. The carpet was freshly washed which made me feel more comfortable knowing that they take care of their stuff. I don't know what else to say, my stay was excellent, I loved the room, the staff was great. I would rate the experience above what I paid.”

• I loved the courtesy transportation, friendly and helpful staff and location of hotel. Everything was so perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
• I didn't like that there wasn't a fridge in the room.

• The lobby was nice, and the staff was extremely helpful.
• Our room was not what I expected.

“The hotel was nice but our room was not. We asked for a king bed - got two twins instead. The hair dryer didn't work - my husband had to go to the lobby and get me another one. The door to the bathroom looked like some animal had been chewing on the bottom of it.”

• Flat screen TV's and Bath & body works shampoo, soap, etc. in room.
• They do not offer free wireless internet in the rooms and room was kind of small.

“I would've expected a nice hotel such as this to offer wireless and wired internet in the rooms. However, only wired internet was available and at a cost per day! Even the 1star hotels offer free wireless internet! Come on people, get with the times.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful, they gave information about nearby shopping, and provided me a shuttle to the cruise ship I was vacationing on.

“Nice hotel, excellent value, beautiful pool and adequate fitness center. Even the food in the hotel was good! I truly enjoyed my stay.”

• The hotel was clean, bright, friendly, nice room, lovely pool area and had a complimentary shuttle.
• One of the staff was yelling at the shuttle drivers.

“The hotel was very clean and bright. The elevators and corridors were clean bright and smelled fresh. The room was the same, bright, clean and a nice large size. I would certainly recommend this hotel. It also had a complimentary shuttle. The staff were friendly expect for one staff who was yelling at the shuttle driver. The driver asked him to not yell in front of the guest (he carried on yelling) and then ignored him. We were glad that the angry person wasn't the driver.”

• The inside of the hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great.
• The hotel is not far from things to do, but too far to get there on foot.

“I highly recommend this hotel. Not much is close to get to on foot, but they were so great about driving you anywhere most anywhere. We stayed here before going on a cruise. They only charged us $20 to take us to the docks. They drive us to dinner and to the mall for free. Stay here if you get the chance!”

• Parking. If you have to park in garage, it's about 1/4 mile walk to lobby.

“Not family friendly at all! May be great for a business traveler, but not for families. A bottle of water will cost you $3.50-$4.50 at this hotel. Unfriendly staff, I assume because I wasn't wearing a suit & tie. No towels @ pool, the whole time we were there. We stayed @ the "Quality Inn Midtown" (formerly Economy Lodge) the 1st half of our trip, it was twice as good, for 1/2 the price.”

• The bed was very comfortable. Room well appointed and clean.
• When calling for shuttle pick up by the hotel, the woman at the front desk hung up on my sister.

“I booked this hotel for the first night of my stay in Tampa. I felt very comfortable, helped by most people with a wonderful attitude, enjoyed the restaurant. Look forward to trying the pool on my next visit. I appreciated the cleanliness, nice staff, lovely room and a very comfortable bed.”

• Great location, easy to find, quiet, nice lobby.
• No free internet in rooms, no free continental breakfast0, dirty mirror, dirty comforter, small room.

“This hotel is not a 3 or 4 star. There was not free wireless or wired internet in the rooms, there was no free continental breakfast, staff was friendly but didn't explain anything unless you asked, room was a little dirty i.e. the mirror was scratched and worn and the comforter had what looked like a blood stain on it and the towels and wash clothes were rough (cheap). The room had two tiny beds (not queens) and the TV was old. I expected a flat screen at a hotel that costs $350+ a night! No microwave or fridge in the room either. Pretty much the bare necessities. The room definitely served its purpose, but I expected a lot more out of a 3 star hotel.”
